Location, pool, room interior
Phone didn’t work. Coffee machine didn’t work. Couldn’t control the Split for heat, cool, fan. Locked out. Fan blew cool air all night. Couldn’t report because office closed.

The locations was perfect for get out on our bikes, and getting to and from the ferry. The staff were incredibly friendly and really helpful!

Great location, appreciated that there was no problem with a late check in.
Room just a little two small. Bathroom floor, counter tops looked old. Bed was not as comfortable as I would like. I didn't like being forced to have linens changed. Would rather have a desk area than high stools. Only 1 sink.

Pool was warm nice to have it heated properly.
Had to move to another room due to space under door letting in cold air heat wouldn’t stay on, rug filthy turned our socks dirty. Jacuzzi over 105 degrees, way too hot, not enough coffee supplies for 3 people, could barely see tv picture in both rooms…horribly blurry and fuzzy in both rooms, no breakfast as posted on booking.com website, both rooms rug dirty dirty, smelled musty and like someone smoked in the 2nd room we were moved to at 8 o’clock at night. NO ONE IN OFFICE ALL COMMUNICATION WAS DONE VIA TEXT, POOR MANAGENMT. GOT A FULL REFUND. STAYED FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTERS 16th Bday, we all three cried on the way home it was horrible, should be prices as a motel 6 99.00 not 259.00, BEYOND DISSSAPOINTED

It was great to be walking distance to the ferry, whale watching, restaurants, the drug store, and the market. Also, by using Earthbox’s patios and lobby we were able to spread out in the eve and early morn, which allowed for different sleep schedules.

The room and location was excellent. Staff and housekeeping were always available.
We were on San Juan Island where the weather is usually cool enough to not need air conditioning. However, the weather was unusually warm while we were there, and our rooms did not have airconditioning. Fortunately, fans were provided which did help.

Easrhbox had an easy check in process, but also regularly texted to keep up with our plans. The room was cleaned daily and was exceptionally comfortable!

The rooms are clean and the pool is nice.
I arrived on Friday with my husband and son. We left the car at Anacortes. My husband had a half marathon on Saturday morning. The start of the race was slightly delayed, and the buses picking up runners from the finish line started running later. I asked for an extension of our stay by 30 minutes (11:30 instead of 11:00) so my husband had time to change and shower. But I was refused on the grounds that other guests would be checking into the room. I understand, but check-in at this hotel is at 4pm! As a result, I am alone with a child and heavy bags without a car was forced to wait for my husband on the bench. And then my husband arrived at 11:05am and had to change on the street. Plus at 9 am the cleaning lady knocked and immediately entered the room without waiting for an answer, I am not uncomfortable to show someone my underpants, just in addition to the incident leaves a bad impression of the service.

The pictures made it seem like the rooms were like a cottage. But they ended up putting me in a motel like room. And the room cost me $286!!! Would never stay here again. The room was dingy, not modern like the other reviews. Room was small

Location was great, walked into town! Hot tub and facials were great! Was not able to book massages even scheduling a month in advance.
Rooms very outdated, musty, no ventilation, old robes, weird clicking sound in rooms, no insulation, noisy heater, and way too expensive for what it is.

We loved the pool, spa, and sauna room. during a rare snowy off-season, we nearly had the place to ourselves - and at a good value. Rooms were clean, beds cozy, nice lavender products, easy walk to town. Check-in was saying and smooth despite having no open office. They were very responsive by text.
Due to being off-season and snowy weather, much of the town was shut down leaving few options for restaurants. Not the fault of the hotel.
