Nothing.

The whole place smells of cigarettes, weed and harsh cleaning chemicals. There were 4 cop cars with officers both inside and out in addition to the hotel’s personal security team and I could see every angle of the 40+ cameras live streaming to the tv on the wall of the front desk. The staff asked for both our IDs as I assume this is a frequent hookup spot… although we were only looking for a place to cut our road trip in half. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a wooden plank. You can really feel the springs in it. The tv was broken but we managed to fix it for them. You need a key card to the hotel to even open the front door. If we weren’t desperate for a place I would have just turned right around and left.

The room was filthy. There were cigarette buds under the bed, the sheets and pillows were dirty, the floor had juice spilled and dried on them. The bathroom was dirty. The place needed security the room smelled awful the hallway smelled awful. The elevator was filthy.

The front desk clerk was rude and told me he would kick me out with out refund cause my company needed an ID I left just after an hour I will never go back here it was a horrible experience the way I was treated at this facility just crazy it's 2023

I regret that I stayed there!!!

Nothing at all

Filthy and disgusting,nothing was clean floors not vacuumed,elevator with soda spilled all over throughout the lobby etc.. Was armed security at the reception on our check in ,very rude and mean. People should be aware of this hotel.

it was ok

the staff was rude when I came to check in, I gave my information and that I have paid for a room in advance and I didn’t know about a 50 dollar deposit fee upon checking in I was polite about it and that I wasn’t informed while booking. the staff was pretty rude about it. the ice machine was down, no water bottles at all provided

Early morning front desk apathetic. Unhelpful. Apathetic . Shower broken. Could not be hung up. Had to and hold, which was difficult with disability.

no stove, no breakfast and no restaurant working but they offer it on website!! i ask for a non smoking bedroom because I was with mi two kids but always the cigarettes smell get in the room trough the bathroom vent! i will never take my kids there again!!!

it was a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

There was nothing to like a bout it. it was very "Ghetto"

other guest smoking cigarettes in the stairwell and drinking liquor. it was like a party in the staircase. then the armed security roaming the hallways. I was supposed to stay 2 nights. but after realizing that the heat in my room didn't work and front desk did nothing about it after I contacted them multiple times. the woman at the front desk was also very rude about my complaint. the room was not furnished how it showed in the pictures. there was no chairs no desk. the lamp on the nightstand was falling apart. let's not forget the loud drilling and banging coming from the room right next to me. my room was supposed to be non smoking but the entire room smelled like cigarettes. the pillow cases were stained the bed sheets seemed reused from the previous stay. I seen housekeeping in the hallway on my last day I asked for extra toilet tissue she told me no and said call front desk. can't forget the fact that my room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was down most of the time

I liked the room and housekeeping staff.

I did not like the problem I had with extending my stay. I seem to be having the same proble with the same person who claims that there is no record of my booking confirmation. Y records show I paid for the reservation. After after quite some time, the person locates my records. and admits to her mistake.

my stay has been disappointing

there was not much I liked at all there were renovations being done so the rooms were not up to standard and as fas as customer service I can say there was one male staff that went above and beyond to help you but I was disappointed with one female staff customer service

the location is downtown and it gets people loitering around the property I don’t expect to see insects in the bathtub ( cockroaches) for the prices they charge they do the bare minimum and the rooms are just standard and not inviting I have stayed several times and each time I stayed there was something wrong with the room. the ceiling in the bathroom leaked on two occasions so I decided I would not go back after seeing the insects
