Needs upkeep!

Location was perfect.

Hotel is getting run down. Swimming pool and hot tub where closed for repair, as they were last fall when we stayed there. Continental breakfast was a joke. Chairs in the lounge were all sticky. Trash outside was overflowing from Thursday night through checking out on Sunday. Will not return!

It was A very nice community with a very nice motel. Your staff is very connected to the community.

The room was very clean. The drapes do need some repair as they have come unclipped from traverse rod. The proprietor and desk staff were great..

Hopefully the next time we stay the pool will be operational. However these things happen and take time to repair

It is a place to sleep. More like a motel with how run down it is.

Location.

Advertised and priced for a hotel with a pool yet it hasn’t worked since 2019. Very dirty, windows so dirty/covered in either condensation or dried mildew you didn’t even want to open the curtains to look at it it was so gross. Didn’t empty trash for multi night stays, check in time advertised as 3pm but sign was adjusted with tape to say 4pm. Breakfast Hours 6am to 9am, also an adjusted sign for that change. The whole thing is false advertising.

Place was easy to find and has a pool and hot tub

There was cob webs hanging above the beds off the ceiling. Dryer took 3 times to dry1 small load. Walls are very dirty. Some of the lights didn't work

The place was closed we were unable to check in you guys need to check your vendors before you send anyone anywhere I expect a full refund we had to find a different place to stay your information was wrong about the Spooner Wisconsin Best Western they were not full we stayed there

Not worth the cost and the property is declining quickly.

Breakfast is OK. Waffles, bagels and cereal. Nothing special.

Pool and hot tub are drained. Property is definately on the decline as we have stayed here in the past. For what they charge, it is WAY overpriced. Bathroom light out, cold in breakfast area, little staff contact.

The balcony sweet was real nice to sit and relax.wasnt far away from the attraction that we visited.

Night security doors wouldn't lock.the bar was hit and miss if anyone was there or even open.

For the cost, it was somewhat disappointing

The room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable

the pool was empty, and key card failed to work in the morning. We had to wait for the room to be ready when we got there

Old bar of soap left in shower. The pools had no water and was all brown and slimy. The lounge was a complete mess with old food all over. The parking lot had beer bottle caps and cigarettes all over.

After the stay we had I would steer anyone I could away from that facility.

Kids liked the waffle maker otherwise very limited. Staff was friendly upon check in.

Pool was closed for “maintenance”. Beds were barely better then sleeping on a carpeted floor. Would really like to ask for a refund for these 2 reasons.

They went over and above to help us.

Somebody at booking.com needs to do a better job of getting dates correct. When we got there they told us we were booked for 8/1 thru 8/3 which was incorrect. The dates were 7/29 thru 7/30, so there fore there was NO room for us, AmeriVu Inn & Suites went over & above and did manage to find us a room, as we were 300 miles from home for a wedding. Will never use Booking.com again!

Price was 147.00 for a suite we paid it because their was suppose to be a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna. And a full breakfast. Which they were all closed. I asked before we paid that the price should be lowered because of not having the amenities that was promised on their site. I even had called their before. She said yes that's what I think. Checking our bank statement she didn't lower the price. I feel betrayed 😔. I wish she wouldn't have lied. We would have gone somewhere else that had what we needed for cheaper. It's a scam to make money.

The location for the event we were attending was close to our stay. There was a fair amount of stores, gas stations and restaurants in a couple miles of the motel. Easy access on and off the highway.

I was really upset that they would not refund or only charge a cancellation fee for our second room that we no longer needed due to COVID!!! We reserved for 2 rooms but only needed one as 3 members had to cancel due to quarantine for COVID effective Friday. I had to pay full price for a room we never used. The place is need of repairs. The wall paper in the hallways were peeling off. There were electrical wires coming out of the fire extinguisher cabinets. Missing or broken light fixtures. The pool was closed with no notice on the booking or website. The beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was just the waffle maker, few bagels and mini muffins and minimal fruit. The juice and milk were in containers from someone's home. There was little to no shoveling after the snow came through. along with no salt down on areas that were clear of snow.
