Nothing I'm sorry to say. The room was so unacceptable that I checked out immediately after seeing the room.
The room was dirty and smelled very bad. The door latch was broken. The remote for the television was missing. I couldn't stay in the room, so I turned around and checked out. I didn't even unpack.

NOTHING
The price wasn't as agreed. I had to pay and extra $17.00. The room was not clean upon arrival and we had to wait and additional 2 hours before we could enter the room. The online site said the rooms would be ready by 4:00 pm and we didn't arrive until 5:00, we also were moved to a different location and had to go inside the city instead of being by the interstate as we expected. The location was very scary to stay at and the night life around the area kept us up all night with loud music. My great granddaughter and her family experienced the same as we did. I believed that booking.com made sure the sites that they had on their list were reputable but after enduring this horror story I will never use you again. I will also be telling others what they may experience through your site and to use others for their safety.

Nothing at all really. The Price was cheap, but there was a reason. Only reason we stayed was to work on our car that had some issues. Near the highway. One story motel, so no stairs.
Has not been updated in ages. Disgusting. Walls were filthy and floor is peeling away from the wall in the bathroom. Shower had mold in the seam of the wall. No shampoo or soap in the dispensers. The carpet was sticky and had a urine smell to the entire place. Hair in the sheets and didn't look cleaned. Had some people living in some of the rooms, one being extremely load throughout the night (playing music or video games). Was first given a room that didn't even have a bed and was in the process of being reconstructed. No management on site, just a webcam to have a live chat with owners to tell you to go the hotel up the road for check in and key card.

Nothing
No staff and no one in office. Had to go to Magnuson hotel to check in. Refused to stay at M Star Hotel. Stayed at Magnuson Hotel, cost more but it had people working at hotel. No security at M Star for guest or your car. Very run down had pick truck up on blocks with no wheels in front of rooms. Avoid this place.

Convenient and plenty of parking
Room smelled horrible, stains all over the carpet, took hours to cool down, no toilet paper, lack of towels and wash clothes.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to basically just sleep for the night. Got even less than I paid for but wasn’t expecting much. There wasn’t even hand soap. Didn’t bring anything in with me from the car, didn’t shower, just slept and left. What a dump!

Nothing, not even a person to chk you in. Have to call a hotel next door and wait for someone to get on the phone.
Area was not good, looked like people were living there. Did not feel safe staying. So we went elsewhere. Asked for refund, haven't got it yet!

Parking was great. Right in front. Also very quite and relaxing.. like that it is right off the interstate.
The pillows were lumpy. And that is about all I can say that I didn't like. Other than that it was great!

Dirty. especially the carpet. One small roll of toilet paper. The room was very cold on arrival. Very dated. The manager claimed that he didn't know we had a reservation.

Everything else was great
We ran out of toilet paper we called office nobody came until after 3pm so we went to Walmart and bought some.
There was no continental breakfast it was only for the people who didn't use a third person booking. Example if you went through booking.com you didn't get breakfast.

Ground level
Room smelled of smoke, very distinct musty smell, bugs on floor & walls. Reserved for 3, only 1 washcloth, which was stained all over - I personally would trash it. Did not like the Virtual check-in, need to also leave written directions/ instructions in case people not understand what said on the poor audio of the screen - too much background noise

My stay here was HORRIBLE. When I travel I stay at different locations (hotels, motels, etc.) I'm not a picky traveler, except in terms of cleanliness. I arrived and the night manager Ed told me that my pre-paid booking reservation wasn't valid and I'd have to give him my card info again to "verify" it. Also my entire stay there was nobody in the lobby, the staff was down the road at another hotel. The next day Front desk employee Vivian yelled at me and continued to lie and tell me that M Star Hotel had never been paid, so the two separate charges on my card were plausible. I called Booking.com and got everything sorted out, but I still have to wait two weeks for my refund. Long story short, don't EVER stay here.
