glad to get up and go

location is good , and owner was helpful giving us extra pillows , it’s very clean .

extremely old and noisy air conditioning unit , we don’t sleep well because of this , such a shame , new ones would have made all the difference to the room .

Gemütliche Unterkunft fußläufig zum State Park

Die Lage ist super! Fußläufig zum Watkins Glen State Park und zu vielen Restaurants. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt. Wir waren als Familie zu viert mit 2 kleinen Kindern hier und für uns war es für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend! Es war sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren in der Nebensaison hier (Ende März/Ostersonntag) daher war nicht viel los und es gab auch kein Frühstücksangebot, was wir aber auch vorher wussten.

Es hat alles gepasst!

Had a great stay here

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, the grounds were well maintained. The location was close enough to walk to downtown and Watkins Glen state park. We would definitely stay here again 🙂

The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was no counter space in the bathroom. No biggie

Good value for money, clean rooms, courteous staff

The room was comfortable, check in check out was prompt. Good location.

Hardness of water, towels could be softer, very hard on the skin.

Yes, I like this motel and it’s a great location.

Yes, it was in good location. It is so close to WATKINS GLEN state park, you can go 5mins away from hotel. I love that and front desk staff is very nice to us. The room is not very big but it’s comfortable enough for us.

Very disappointing would like a refund I paid $112 for a two star hotel. That was disgusting.

very disappointed. I made reservations at the budget Inn. There was a sign on the door said go to the Clipper Inn. we went across the street to that and we had to get a room there because the people that owned Budget Inn were on vacation. By the way we were told that both hotels have the same owners. The budget Inn should’ve changed their website to indicate rooms were not available due to vacation. Nothing was mentioned on the website. clipper Inn was horrible.

bathroom was disgusting and totally outdated.

The hotel and staff were great and the room was very clean the grounds were the same

The location of the Inn.

Requested for a late check-out and they wanted an additional 15.00 for an hour stay. I've never paid extra for an hour.

It was very clean. Had all you need, towels, toilet paper, shampoo etc. ( You'd be surprised that some don't.) It was reasonable, convenient, and clean. That's all we require. And it was available.

The staff could have been more friendly and available. Door locked when I arrived, mailman rang the bell. Went back 5 minutes later and still had to ring doorbell.

Overall a nice place to stay for a weekend trip to Seneca Lake/Watkins Glen.

It was very convenient and central to every place we wanted to go. The Staff was very nice and room was always cleaned each day.

Rooms were a little outdated and beds weren’t the most comfortable.

Don't bring pets.

Accommodations were clean and reasonably priced. Location provided easy access to the gorge.

Not pet friendly; however the fault rests in traversing from Bringfido.com to Booking.com. when you traverse between the two you must reset the pet friendly filter as you search for a place to stay. One might think if linking from Bringfido pet friendly would be automatically set.

Nice place to stay; warm, comfortable and conveniently located.

Nice old motor lodge modernized. Easy access to area.

Bathroom needs grab bars in shower/tub. Freezer in refrigerator needs defrosting.
