For one night it’s ok

The people in the office were very friendly

The room they gave me smelled marijuana But when I told them, they gave me the option to change rooms, the next one it was better but I didn’t feel safe because of the people who were around the other rooms it was 2am and they were outside smoking marijuana and it was just my children and I

Only thing good was the distance from everything

It was dirty the bed was on the floor the air conditioner needed a filter the door didn’t close all the way nor did it have a dead bolt the sink was broken there was so much noise from the people that live there and called that place of home so I had no rest at all up the whole time scared that someone would walk in but wait actually someone did it was the “house keeper”

Convenient to DFW and Arlington via Freeway, comfortable and clean.

The location was close to the freeway and only about 20 mins from DFW Airport which was convenient for our purposes (visiting Arlington). The room was sparse but seemed well maintained and clean.

The room advertised breakfast and the photos indicated there was a pool. When we arrived we were told that there was no breakfast facilities and no coffee facilities, there was no electric jug in the room (though there was a microwave). No coffee and tea making facilities and the room rate did not include breakfast which was misleading (the staff apologised). The pool has been filled in and there is no longer a pool at the property.

MAJOR RENOVATIONS NEEDED! DON'T TRUST PICTURES!!

We were allowed to drop off our luggage early prior to check-in and we had a late evening check-in.. Location was very good.

Pool was closed for renovation. No breakfast facility, contrary to booking. Hotel in need of major repairs and updates. Sheets were clean but had burn holes. Room was clean but window was cracked and would not lock. Several issues with repairs needed in the room, including air conditioning knobs missing so could only turn on or off. Safety latch on door would not work. Every time we went out and returned later to our room we had to have our electronic keys reset, which was a hassle when having to wait outside the room in the rain. The issue with the window caused some concern for safety and leaving anything in our room.

The air conditioner worked. The bathtub was clean.

There was feces on the toilet seat and lid. The television remote was almost broke in half and you had to hold the batteries in to use it. There was no where to hang clothing it had been ripped off the wall. Many repaired holes in the wall. Small television 32 inch. No carpet, faux wood floor. Gaps around door where it had been kicked in. Non smoking, but had a constant weed smell from people next door. NEVER stay here again. Be cautious about the pics and reviews on booking.com

there are people outside fighting all the time and yelling slamming doors and sometimes the police will show up if you can stay away from this place is not worth it

Scarey!

I never saw any breakfast anywhere.

The hotel was awful. It's very old. Walls are nasty. No fresh paint anywhere. Bullet holes in the walls of my room. No coffee pot. Bed was very uncomfortable with it sinking in the middle. Very noisy outside like a dragstrip. I was truly scared the whole time staying there that we might hear gunfire at any time. I do not recommend this hotel until it goes under a new overhaul.

The floor was wet when we got to the room was no towels no toliet paper no cream and sugar for coffee. No hair conditioner. Bathroom room door hard to close bad smell in the room mattress sunken in the middle and lumpy microwave dirty and plate was missing no clock

Worst hotel I have ever attempted to stay in!

Nothing!!

Everything! The room was nasty! The air conditioner didn’t work! There was an attempted break in three rooms down from ours! The staff was rude to me because I was a women but were friendly to my boyfriend because he was a man! It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We only stayed for 2 hours before we had to get a refund to leave! The experience was horrible! I will never be going back!
