The hotel was clean and comfortable.

I was double charged and have to wait till next week for my refund. Leaving me short on cash for a two day work trip.

I didn't like that our room was never made it is very upsetting that they mentioned that only every 3 days rooms are done. Does that mean that customers pay every 3 days since service was never rendered? Not appreciated no clean towels nor clean bathroom.

The stay was wonderful the staff was great but the bed was hard as a rock.

The beds and the loud neighbor that blasted their TV throughout the whole night. Staff handled it when I just couldn't take anymore.

Comfortable beds and options of pillows

Cards didn't work half the time and room smelled like smoke and urine, couch was stained
