Best location, stylish hotel, great pool area, free parking!

we had a nice king room overlooking the pool, and although it was Spring Break party at the pool, we did not hear anything from inside the room. Love the Hollander, we come back every time we are in StPete. Free parking is great, location is perfect. Great restaurant on site! Already booked our next stay ;-)

The A/C is loud, so we only used the fan, but that may be not so nice during the night.

Es un hotel boutique hermoso; decoración súper original; habitación y cama amplias y confortables. El personal muy atento. El restaurante del hotel tiene precios razonables y ofrece platos deliciosos y bien servidos. Ubicación perfecta. Inmejorable relación precio calidad!

Had a great time visiting St Pete and the Hollander was great and in a great location

Seemed to be a Florida staple. Good location.

Erg leuk hotel!

Zeer vriendelijk attent personeel. Gezellige sfeer. Leuke bar, lekker ontbijt. Sfeervolle kamer, dichtbij de pier, restaurants, bars en winkels.

The mattress in our room. It was very uncomfortable making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Better for an adults only trip, but still accommodating for families.

The pool area was nice but definitely more of an adult than family feel. Check-in was easy, facilities were clean and nice. The attached restaurant and coffee shop were very nice additions. Walking distance to some areas of downtown though it seems to be past some sketchy areas. About a 30 minute walk to Tropicana Field, but they do offer a shuttle. The room was comfortable but small.

The room was small but still very nice. Parking was a roll of the dice.

Superb

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice.

I went to leave for a business meeting and couldn't pull out of my spot due to the cars parked in the middle of the lot. I did not have time to figure out or wait for someone to move the car since I ended up having to walk to my meeting a few few blocks away.

The room was adequate, I wouldn’t go about raving or suggesting a stay there for the price. It is a great location, but

The location was great and the restaurant is excellent

My room had a weird orange stain in the tub, and the installed hairdryer couldn’t actually be plugged in and used because the vanity mirror was installed too close to the outlet. I felt penalized for being a booking.com booking.

Loved the boutique hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

Lobby was very welcoming. Lots of nice furnishings, decorations. Very cosey surroundings. Food was excellent and very well priced. Loved the $6 martini Monday.

Toilet seat slid off while I was sitting on it. Needed to be fastened better.

You don't have to spend huge amounts of money to stay at a good hotel this hotel is a perfect exsample of that. You will love the atmosphere, renovated building, and location. Also free parking
