Expect disappointment

I loved the location because it was a stones throw away from Gas, a few minutes drive to the ferry and Right on the highway.

Read until the end. Expect to be disappointed. I regret the stay. The beds hurt my back so badly, I'm only in my 30s but I walked like I was 80! The bathroom was small with the sink outside the room and the toilet seat was loose so I almost dumped over. The grout in the tub was browned and there was a legit BOOGER on one of the headboards. Gym has one treadmill, some dumbbells and one elliptical. Pool has an oily film covering the top.

The hot breakfast could have been much better with a little more culinary education.

The hot breakfast was not very good, The earliest check in time was 3pm we didn't arrive until at 9pm and still had to sit in our car until 10pm before our room was ready.

Hot breakfast is very good. room size is right, bed is comfortable. 3 different height pillow for different needs. There are no everyday room service, I am ok with it.

Our room is at back of the building. the parking lot light is very bright and the window curtains can not block all the light; The AC is loud when starts working. Maybe add a sofa will be better.

bathroom light was out and there were no kleenexes, when I received a text asking me how the stay was going and I said the tissues were out and the bathroom light was out I thought those things would be fixed before I left.

It was relaxing and enjoying.

Room was huge, beds were comfortable, pool was warm and relaxing, the staff were friendly and amazing, and the breakfast was great! Check in and out was a breeze! Plus the front desk has cookies and candy for ya!

Room needs updated. When you walked across the room there was a whole in the floor where it almost felt like you were going to fall and bathroom definitely needs updated.

Could be better.

The location was handy for visiting the local area, such as Cedar Point or the ferry for Put-In-Bay. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel was in some disrepair when we arrived as they had had a fire. We weren't warned about this. Parking could get full and we had trouble accessing the side door with our cards.

Breakfast was great located close enough to ceder point to not feel connected by Sandusky.

The construction was going on at the time and it stopped the cable and WiFi services. The staff wasn't informed of the construction, unfortunately it made relaxing at the hotel a bit difficult. I wish there was a sign for when breakfast was available ( if there was I didn't find it)

Pleasant

Liked the free breakfast.

Had a strange smell, but there must have been some problem because the had professional cleaners there. And perhaps under some remodeling. Would have been nice to have some explanation and apology for the noise and reconstruction. I asked for an extra bath towel but was told they didn't have any extra. The pool was nice for the kids but the water was very cloudy.

Good, relaxing, restful, enjoyable fun time!

I like that the staff worked together to make a unexpected bad situation into a positive situation and a great stay for me and my family!

Seems that the owner could have been more available to the staff during a bad mishap. But that staff is a 25 on a scale from 1-10!

There was a fire no towels for us. Couldn't get in our room 3 times and had to be moved and was never offered anything to make up for any of the issues

Breakfast was mediocre. The location was not near anything. The view from our room was the air conditioner. No counter space at the sink. There was a gentleman there in a wheelchair and his needs could not be met.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Very limited breakfast choice of only waffles, sausage, and potatoes. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but we would consider another hotel that offers eggs or yogurt at breakfast next time we visit.
