It was one night - but the cost for what was received was out of proportion.

Location was great. Adequate parking.

The room had not been vacuumed. There were not amenities (soap) for two. Breakfast was inadequate - things ran out gif long periods of time, especially coffee, but also food. The bathroom shower was gross.

Will not stay here again

The staff was very nice and helpful

I was given the wrong room. It could not be changed because the hotel was full. TV did not work. Pull out bed was horrible and uncomfortable. Couch was dirty. No breakfast either day. All food gone by 8:00. Moved to a different batter but bathroom walls need paint and shower curtain rod rusted.

We look forward to returning and will definitely stay here again.

We found that the hotel was clean and close to everything we needed. It’s near many restaurants and down the road from Nelis Dutch Village. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool. Staff were friendly.

It didn’t seem the bathroom had a fan, which would have been nice when showering to get out moisture in the room. Plus, we hung up our wet swimsuits in there and it needed some air flow. Breakfast was basic, which was fine, but if you are expecting more options you will be disappointed. I noted one waffle maker (a wait if crowded), bread and bagels to toast (packets of cream cheese, jam and peanut butter for spreads), eggs, potatoes, meat, two types of cereal (fruit loops and cheerios), oatmeal packets, flavored yogurt and that’s basically it. I wished there was fresh fruit like bananas and a hot pot of premade oatmeal, but no luck. They did have a fancy coffee maker.

Only because we were at a wedding did we stay at this hotel. The entire hotel is old and outdated and smelled very musty

The staff was very professional and friendly.

The paint was bubbling off of the bathroom walls, our jacuzzi tub only worked the first 10 minutes of our 3 day stay and the exterior door for our room wouldn't open

Conditions poor, stayed 3 minutes out of a 4 day booking

The pictures displayed on website did not accurately reflect the current conditions of this facility. The lobby was dirty and dark. The carpet was dingy, with holes and visibly dirty. The room itself was not clean with visible stains on the dresser tables and the bathtub floor. I did not feel comfortable staying here with my family and remained in my room for approximately 3 minutes while I found a new hotel to stay at. My son said the place was “scary” because the halls were dark with minimal lighting.

The room and the breakfast were ok, not a place I would pick again.

Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Room was very clean, pool and hot tub were also very clean.

Apparently the tile in the hotel lobby is bearing replaced, so the appearance was a negative. The carpet also needs replacing as it is very dirty going up the stairs. The outside of the hotel definitely could use some work. There are more weeds going then flowers. We probably would not of picked this hotel if we had pulled up to it, instead of making the reservation online.

I probably won’t book here again.

Breakfast was amazing. Felt homey and cute. Night staff was amazing. I liked the location. The pool and the toys/floaties/hot tub was amazing.

Literally so outdated, the floor looked like they ripped out the carpet and left it like that. Like a bottom basement. Everything was out of order. Doors, Pepsi machine, ice maker, elevator is the slowest thing on earth. Pool is stuffy but fun! I don’t think I would ever book here again, but I wanted to try something new.

Remodel made things seem dirty and there was a huge party so the back yard area and tiki hut filled and closed to genera

Good location and staff

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable .

Flooring tore up on mainlevel , carpeting stained . Our bathtub was warped and could barely stand in it .

Overpriced & Not Very Nice

The staff was friendly and there were food and shopping options very close by.

It's in need of a lot of upgrading and remodeling. There was water damage on the lamp shades, window curtains, and the ceilings in and outside of the bathroom. When we got into our room the toilet was covered in little hairs and the couch had stains. The whole room just made me wary to even walk barefoot on the carpet. If you love staying in hotels stay somewhere else.

Nice place for a short weekend getaway. The staff, especially Chris, was very helpful and friendly.

Location was perfect and the room size was amazing.

We had an uneven tile in our bathroom that caused us to stumble many times nearly falling and hitting our heads in the shower and toilet.

The Door keys wouldn't open the door. Nut the worker was so Prompted on getting us another room.the Room was very comfortable. Thank you for such good service.

Good location, good staff, poor facility!!

Breakfast was ok, the staff was very polite.

We had to move rooms 2 times. First time because the bathroom light and jacuzzi tub didn’t work. The second time because the room wasn’t very clean and the exterior door was broken. Also, the hot tub was out of service for the entire stay.

Staff was excellent. Kind and helpful. breakfast was very good and the dining room lady was very helpful and friendly.

We were supposed to have a walk in shower but didn't get it. Our bathtub had a round bottom rather than a safe flat bottom. Our remote control on the tv didn't work correctly. the desk man Nickolas tried his best to fix it but couldn't. I blame the management for leaving inferior remotes for the staff to deal with.

Decent price for 2 nights but very outdated and needs new furniture.

it was very close to where we needed to be, ton of restaurants surrounding the location.

it’s pretty run down, side entrances don’t work with key card, only 1 elevator, pool looked ok but didn’t go in. The room was so so, my daughter found the pullout couch to be terribly uncomfortable, bathroom floor was filthy, dresser drawers were broken. No matter where we stay I always clean the room when we get there with wipes, that’s the only reason we stayed. I also cleaned the room the night before we left and was told we could have a late checkout at 12:30. The next morning I was told by Chris that there’s no way that’s possible. I was very disappointed. the picture is from the bathroom floor when we got there and I cleaned it…

Cheap and that's how you'll feel afterwards

Breakfast was a good selection of hot items (eggs, potatoes) and cold (yogurt, milk, waffles). Staff were friendly and kind throughout visit.

Bed mattress is sorely in need of changing, you can feel the inner springs through what appears to be a deflated inch or so topper. Entire hotel felt run down, despite seemingly being clean, but overall aesthetic is tired and not-welcoming. Pooll and "hot tub" are super small, after one or family are in you won't feel like you can stretch out. You will be disappointed as the location is next to several other hotel options that offer more modern looks and updates for just $10-$20 more a night.
