as a single mom with her child I was not a fan of having a stranger beating on my door at 4am. yes the bottom floor had a leak they wanted to check but call the room before beating on the door and waking people up. this experience scared the hell out of my child. then a few hours later a maintenance man was beating on the door. no apology was made for this inconvenience.

The price wasn't bad and the location was great, it was also a very fast check-in process!
Had asked one of the room keepers for help she did not help and was very rude.

I booked a room for the night and was told that my reservation wasn’t in. The night manger or whoever wasn’t trying to help me. I drove a long way just to be told that I didn’t have a reservation and had no choice but to sleep in my car til the next morning to get back on the road.

The room said no smoking and it smelled like weed. The tub was dirty with blood and hair. There was not a chain on the door to lock it. No towels in the bathroom. Had to ask for some and they looked dirty and one still had hair on it. The lobby area was locked and not able to open the door. The area to check in had no air conditioning in it and took them forever to come to the window to check in. The sheets were dirty.

Roaches and pubic hair bed. Bed was filthy with dirt and debris under the comforter.

Was very dirty bedding. Area was scary. Cops were outside talking to guests for unknown reasons. Furniture was broken. Floors were covered in dirt. Bathroom was so old and moldy.

This is my go-to hotel when I visit chosen-family in the Fort Worth / White Settlement area or just passing through, I have stayed there for years. Management is friendly and it's hard to beat Motel 6's pricing. The property is well located to get in and out along I30, I820, or surface streets.
Both microwaves in the room were inoperative and a message to management before posting a review went unanswered, both unusual based on my prior experiences. The property is starting to show its age again after a complete rework a few years ago.
