Fantastic location for ski in/out, amazing ski room & wonderful staff. Great rooms but average food

The location on the mountain in unbeatable (the St. Regis is at the bottom edge of the mountain and comes nowhere close to this location), the ski shop and ski room were amazing (there is literally someone waiting on the snow to take in your ski's!), the bedroom rooms were a large and very comfortable, all the staff were all A++++

My room unfortunately did not have hot water one morning (just luke warm) and there was barley any internet in the room. The food at the restaurant was average at best. The famed Sunday buffer for $150 was overpriced and very average. The hotel design is terrible, its a maze! You arrive to a lobby then you are either taken through a garage or up and down a series of stairs to get to the room.

A luxury stay in the mountains where the staff truly care about you and your experience.

This location is an exceptional experience where staff go above and beyond to stay true to the word 'luxury.' From friendly valet parking to twice daily housekeeping and turndown service, we always felt cared for during our stay.

It was hard to get the room to a temperature I was comfortable sleeping at. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly or quickly enough, so we had to resort to keeping the bedroom door open. Of course, I'm sure this isn't a problem during the winter months, as the fireplaces and warm bedding are sure to keep visitors plenty warm!

The facility is excellent and the staff go above and beyond. The kids loved the pool and arcade and access to the mountain was so easy.

The bed wasn’t the greatest and we would have appreciated an option to park our car ourselves.

The lodging was immaculate and the property was beautiful. Excellent weather during our stay that made our walks that much nicer.

The pillows could have been more comfortable or more supportive.

Splurge of Spring

Good HQ for our exploration of hiking/mt.biking in the area.

Having to use a valet - but we understand there's no room for a parking lot perched atop a hill. ;)

Location was beautiful, staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Food was tasty.
