TERRIBLE!!!!!

It was dirty, there were bugs EVERYWHERE, the pool was closed when I was told it was open. The staff was not friendly.

honestly wouldn't stay there again to much bugs and stains on sheets never offered to clean or new sheets

front desk was nice

a lot of grasshopper inside the rooms housekeeper almost ran over my daughter claims he didn't see her in front blankets had blood stains and doors half broken

I like the first young lady that work morning shift. She was friendly and gave good customer service..

May 28, 2023, the young man that works in the evening shift. I think he's Indian descendant. He left the front desk and I waited on him to check out. He never returned and have no idea what he was doing. Then I called the front desk after I left to let him know that I was gone and he still never answered the phone. I called a hour later and he still never answered the phone. That was unprofessional.

The service was horrible. Their customer service or the lack thereof was definitely why I ended up leaving even if they tried “accommodating” but in reality, they didn’t. They were overbooked, didn’t apologize and there was a lot of back and forth. Continuously ran my card on Sunday morning.

MY STAYS AT THE MOTEL 6

The room was decent, but it had an extra door. The problem with that was that someone tried to get in my room through that door. The ac/heat unit was falling apart, and the pipe to bathroom sink fell off.

This particular motel does not put refrigerators, microwaves, or coffee machines in the rooms. They used to, but then they were gone, yet they charge like each room had them.

The room was absolutely filthy! Multiple different types of insects I had to kill, including bedbugs! The shower was unclean and was difficult to use due to a broken faucet! I am contacting booking.com for a refund.

The room was disgusting very dirty and sheets looked like they had been slept in already and just filthy and I won’t ever stay here again a lot of traffic at this hotel if you know what I mean and smelled like a lot of smoke and drugs
