No problem with the breakfast.
We could have used two queen beds instead of full beds.

Room size was decent
Found public hair in the bed , no hot water and I sat my luggage on the floor and now it smells like wet dog. And because of that now my car does as well. The cost to clean my luggage and car are more then the room cost.

We had to add another reservation to our stay, and Tre helped to make that an easy process. He was very helpful, and the other staff was pleasant and helpful as well. Breakfast was good, fast, and easy.
It took a minute for the water in the shower to get warm.

Sehr zentrale Lage

Close to the airport
The room next, room no 603, was very noisy. The loud noises, including yelling, screaming and laughter, started at 2:00 am and continued until we left at 5:00 am. We could not sleep and was wakened up at 2:30am and the noise continued until we left.

Breakfast was standard which was ok. I checked in on December 28th the front desk clerk and trainee were awesome (the only reason I stayed).
The air condition in my room was leaking which lead to a soak rug and gave the room an awful smell (could tell they knew because you could smell they tried to shampoo it #101). My room was never cleaned, towels never refreshed. Room was tiny. May have been winter but the pool was dirty which we tried to utilize.

Breakfast was great. I liked that I was able to order items from Amazon and have it delivered to the hotel.
Room was pretty small. I should have upgraded.
3.3
The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful
The fridge in my room was not working well. anything you put in it was frozen.

It was ok the elevators smelled of alcohol; too many shady people outside of the building; BIGGEST thing I wasn’t told they were going to put $100 hold on my credit card that has yet to credited back!!!!
The smell and people lingering around

The room was fine. A short trip made comfortanle
Noisy neighbors. Sloooow elevator.

I liked that it didn’t smell moldy/musty nor did it smell like anyone had smoked in the place at all.
There are several issues that were very disappointing. We were there for a convention as were other family members and friends of ours. To give some history, I called approx 2 weeks prior to my stay to inquire if anyone had cancelled from our convention so I could obtain the discounted rate. I was tended to on the phone by “Orlando” and treated in a rude manner with his tone of voice, cutting me off during the conversation and when I inquired about a king suite, he stated “no for you people”! I’d already secured my room weeks before and wanted to be close to my family so I ignored it.
Now upon arrival:
The wallpaper in the lobby above the reception was being held by staples and coming off in other places. Ignored that given I’d only reserved for a few nights. My room was clean, however, their blow dryer on the wall caught on fire when my sister was drying her hair. The A/C was hardly cooling the room despite lowering the temp to 60s. The room coffee was DISGUSTING and although I brought my own coffee, the coffeemaker was so old and antique that it uses a system that only the hotel had pods for. Again, the coffee tasted horrible.
The TV was maybe 32”, very small to see a good program.
Then my daughter stated her room he room key wasn’t working. When I went down to request that it be reprogrammed, 2 times in the same evening, Orlando was on shift and actually said that in all the years he’d worked there, the key problem had only happed with our (convention attendees) stay again repeating, “you people”!
My daughter’s room never locked. They had to keep the room used with the device attached to the door but again, the actual lock never worked.
Their shower never put out ANY cold water. They had to bathe with extremely hot water all 3 days.

Coffee and breakfast was good. The neighborhood is nice.
Wi-Fi was not working properly. Paid 90 dollars which is a bit pricey.
3.3
Breakfast was easy for the kids
Bathtub could have been updated and wish some kid activity would have been closer
3.3
great location
breakfast room was small and not enough choices for breakfast
3.3
Nothing
Dried blood on Wall, dirty shower, stained floors, stained chairs, dirty mirrors, dirty phone, dirty alarm clock, cracked sink, damaged bathroom, broken light fixtures, front door to building was broken, building looked run down, staff didn't seem to care.

The room was a little beat up; had to come down with a loaded luggage cart because the room key card did not work

Breakfast was extensive and stocked well with scrambled eggs, sausages, hashbrowns, and comfortable seating arrangements. The property's location is optimal with access to highways and the airport. Plenty of restaurants are in walking distance.
For a 3-night stay we were assigned a single room, maybe late check-in was a factor, regardless, this was a disappointment. The room was not made up for 2 days, it is essential to choose daily cleaning upon check-in, properties are cutting down on past expected services. A fitness room would be a welcome addition.

Over all it was a nice hotel. It was crowded but it was spring break in Florida. Close to where we had diving booked the next day. No major issues with finding the location or parking.
Breakfast was a little disappointing. Everything else seemed pretty standard across the board. Nothing major to complain about. Overall our stay was nice and the staff was attentive.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, room was nice bed nice and comfortable. The hotel was in walking distance to a lot.
The room had not been vacuumed before we checked in we did pay for an early check in. The breakfast was ok but would have liked some hot breakfast,
