Excellent location, as you can walk straight from your room to the departure terminal. Room was good and roomy. However, the A/C was not working properly and I saw the vents were poorly maintained and covered in soot and dust! My wife and son were coughing all night. I understand that the room is really pricey for it's convenience but with the experience I can't say I would stay again.
A/C was not working well. We were sweating all night.

Price especially considering the restaurant and bar were under construction and everything ended being in the lobby and it was very crowded

The size of the room. The bed was comfortable.
The shampoo and conditioner in our shower were empty. The LOTION in the bathroom had water added to it, rendering it unusable. There were two complimentary waters in the room. However, they were left on a table as opposed to being refrigerated.

Location is fantastic. Easy quick access to airport. Construction signage was confusing, but not the hotels fault. Lobby was clean, rooms clean also.
restaurant staff didn't even acknowledge our presence. Wasn't incredibly busy, a "Be with you in a moment" would have been great, but nothing. We left. It is expensive for a dated hotel, location location location I guess? Not bad, just not worth what we paid in my estimation

Location and convenience
The property is very tired and dated, with a very poor quality breakfast buffet. I expected better from a big name hotel like Hyatt Regency. Doesn’t warrant the price charged.

I stay here when I have early flights or get in too late. It's just the perfect distance from check in for the airport. I've always had very pleasant staff and the food in the restaurant is very good.
The price feels a bit high for the quality of the hotel. I assume it is because of it being attached to the airport, so the convenience is worth it to many.

I could not sleep due to construction work going on at midnight. Called front desk. Unacceptable!
No construction going on at night.

We love the location of this hotel, we try stay at this location almost every time we travel. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always helpful and professional.
The tub/shower facet in room 537 was not fully connected to the wall of the shower. When we would turn the water on and then try to pull up on the tub facet to change it to the shower head, the facet was not connected and started to pull away from the shower wall.

The hotel is in walking distance to airport I always fly early and this makes it covenant to make my flight
You can hear the people very clearly in the other rooms. It was very noisy, so if you are a light sleeper, beware.

Great location, okay hotel! To be able to step out of your hotel and into the airport is a big stress relief.
Decent hotel slightly over priced in my opinion.

The location was excellent for my Global Entry interview at the airport.
The floor of the bathroom was sticky when we arrived. There is no complimentary breakfast. We had to pay to park at the hotel.

The decor and location of the hotel was absolutely amazing! Being connected to the airport via Skywalk definitely made the stay convenient and the place did look very lavish and beautiful.
1. Those were the hardest beds I've ever slept on. My husband enjoyed them, since he prefers a harder bed, but I had to sleep on the pillows myself.
2. When we went down to enjoy the pool we noticed it was an odd green tint and there was some substance sitting on top of the water. I took a sample of it back home to test and found that there was no trace of chlorine or any chemicals at all that ypu would need to keep the pool clean and sanitary.
3. It advertised a spa area but the door was locked and sealed up. The hot tub area looked like it had been filled in and covered up as well.

The location at the airport is good if you're arriving late in the day or leaving early in the morning. Breakfast is quite good.
My room was quite noisy - I heard guests arriving late/leaving early slamming their doors all through the night. There is also an incessant mechanical hum. The hotel is very over-priced. It's also very irritating that they add a $50 charge to your credit card for possible incidentals which they will only remove several days later.

The beds were not queen size. They were more like full size. Not appropriate for two people to sleep in. The parking situation was strange as it was lumped in with long term parking.

Steak was fat and chewy
