The location was nice
The price for the quality is not good. Hardly any TV channels offered to relax which isn't cool. Cleanliness is poor. A lot of shady characters in and out at all hours of the night. Wpuldnt stay there again. Would stay at the best Western next door

Poor breakfast. Old facility.

Location and comfortable rooms, I like that they are pet friendly and have breakfast in the morning, a good breakfast not danishes and coffee.
The swimming pool and hot tub were not available. As a customer, I was not told about it, until I got there. This was one of the reasons I was staying at this facility.

Hotel room was not clean! very old mattress was broke down with body cavities. There was items that weren’t really fastened to the wall anymore. Bathroom fan made so much racket it sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. Bathtub was so dirty I decided I wouldn’t take a shower.

Checking in and out was very easy.
This was not a 150 dollar a night hotel!!

Food was ok. Could use more fruit choices and non dairy items. Juices were watered down.
Location was good
Not as cke and n as would expect for the amount of money I paid. When arrived I was told rooms we wanted were not available...15 min later afyer leaving and coming back another employee was confused as to why we were told what we were told about rooms as they were available.

The room was quiet and somewhat clean. The bed was comfortable.
The room was a smoking room and I preferred a non-smoking room. The room did not have a hair dryer for my wife to use and the shower mixer valve was broken. Additionally, the room did not have an alarm clock.

I really liked how homely the 3 receptionists/ and manager were. Next to the freeway, but you wouldn't even know it. Very quiet stay!
Housekeeping was poor. Expected with staffing, but we also were advised there was a hot tub, which was a 1 foot slightly warmed kiddie pool. Our bathtub was literally leaking from the tub to the floor with the curtains properly placed during a shower.(which means they need to calk the floor end of the tub I would assume?) The sheets were either dirty or just stained, and the toilet took 5 minutes to flush everything and stop running. Bathroom fan is very obnoxious, and turns on with the bathroom light, so you can't turn it off.

We were contacted by the hotel, that morning letting us know that the water heater had broke and wouldn’t be fixed fir several days. The gave us the option yo cancel our reservation. Hope that we don’t get charged for a room we never stayed in due to the faultiness of the hotel itself!!
Did want to stay in a hotel that had no hot water! Laquinta gave us the option to cancel due to their inability to get the hot water heater fixed!

The breakfast was good
We were staying 4 days so we booked a suite with a full kitchen so we wouldn't have to eat out every meal. The kitchen wasn't stocked with anything. No silverware or cooking utensils. There were a few missmatched plates, 1 bowl 1 coffee cup and no drinking glasses. When we brought this up to the front desk we were told on 3 separate occassions that they didn't have any supplies for the kitchen because guest take them when they check out. That is unfortunate but it's the cost of doing business. If things are removed from he room you charge the customer not penalize the next occupant. The list just continues, remote didn't work because it didn't have batteries in it. We went to desk and they took out batteries from another remote and guess what, they didn't work either. There was no hand soap in bathroom, kleenex dispenser empty, no hair dryer, shotty workmanship through out the room, walls patched and not painted, homemade closet enclosure with unpainted pine doors, not sure what the black gunk was around windows and hidden by curtains and paint splatter on tile floor. In addition to that, the parking lot dealings after dark were numerous and scary. For all this we paid over $500.00.

Location was convenient
The room was not fully clean. It was extremely noisy. There appeared to be people hanging out in their cars in the parking lot. The bottom floor appeared to be apartments with families, possibly transitional housing. This is fine but should be noted. This facility was way over priced. We left at 10:30 pm and went to the Best Western because someone turned on a very loud fan fir a long time. There's no way we could sleep! That was the frosting on the cake. We should get out money back!

3rd rate facility with a 3rd rate staff. Way over-priced!!! I travel to Caldwell about twice or so per year but will not be staying here again.

The room was a nice size, quiet, and the staff was friendly.
The site lacks an elevator. We had to haul our luggage up stairs.
