A mediocre stay with a manager run game of Who Dunnit (at cost to you)

Location and price was fair.

Unexplained mildewy smell, thought it was the broken fridge. Afterwards received a charge for "damages" and a photo of molding dog poop (explaining the smell we couldnt find)- of course this was after 2 phone calls, an email, and approximately 24 hours. Still have not received a copy of the reitemized bill reflecting the "damages" charge. Manager simply wouldnt hear it on how a dog doesnt defecate mold. Extremely argumentative. I could write a novel on the absurdity of this. Corporate customer service was of even less help, doubled down on "its policy" and "take it up with the general manager" Double charged on top of everything else. Will not be going back. At best your stay is likely to be uneventful, at worst youre going to be bunking with hidden molding dog poop and pay extra for it.

The breakfast was fine but the lady in charge of the breakfast room was very unfriendly (grumpy)!

The tv came on the weather channel & wouldn’t change to any other channel all evening!

We will not be back!!!

We use to love staying because we could swim eat and keep out furr baby for free and prices was good! We booked on booking.com for 290 plus tax and does not state pet deposit! Went to check out it was way more! 25 per night for our furr baby but refused to come clean our room because our furr baby was in there and because they had high school kids there for tournaments our rate went up is what the lady told me at check out this morning!!!!! Pool room stunk with mildew so couldn’t hardly even walk by it!

Very disappointing stay

It was located close to the hwy and good food sources close by walking distance good parking

Didn't like that they wouldn't let me check in till 3pm on day of arrival when I finally got to check in room was hotter then it was outside ac was sat at 60 and blowing hot air refrigerator was un plugged tv was not working went to front desk said send someone up to look at it the show up at 10 pm and had to re place it finally got room cooled back off at 3 am tv work 5 mins very disappointing stay

Good place to crash, but I needed more towels in the pool and in my room.

The location and the breakfast were good.

My toilet in my room kept spraying water out the side. I had to correct the tube housed inside the bowl often. Also, I went down to use the pool and there were no towels, the pool part of the facility was in disarray. I asked for my room to get clean, and I was given 1 towel.

over stay was okay but will not stay there again

I had book three rooms at this location. One room sheets was nasty hair was still left in the bed. Housekeeping did not change sheets as promise. Other room tv did not work no one was able to help with that. Spent the whole weekend with no TV in the rooms. Another room sheets was dirty as well housekeeping can clean a little better then what they are doing.

the bathroom is small In the king deluxe room. the water was constantly dripping in the shower. the television was not in front of the bed, it was placed to the side on a dresser. with the desk in front of the bed. made it difficult to watch tv from the bed.

Nothing. Literally not one thing about this hotel was likable.

Nothing was correct in the room. Not a single thing. The couch had been taken out, the cable box would switch off when I turned the light off(seriously it was bad wiring) and the bed was so uncomfortable my husband who has a heart condition couldn't sleep at all and had to be up early due to us attending an event he was working at after we came from 2 hours away. And the fact we were legitimately afraid the room would catch on fire from the bad wiring. Never seen a outlet switch off from turing off a light about 10 feet away. There was also mold in the bathroom and the tiles around the toilet sounded like they weren't secured to the floor underneath. It's appalling that the only thing correct from the pictures on this app was the lobby. That's it. Even the lobby bathrooms smelled strongly of urine before we opened the doors. Wyndham owned hotels used to be nice and luxurious. Now, they're literally the Great Value of hotels. This hotel made me miss Motel 6. At least they're clean and usually better maintained. A hotel like this that has NO REFUNDS in it's description is usually a sign that it is a terrible hotel and they know you'll want a refund the moment you walk into your room. La Quinta will be a memory I'll hope to quickly forget. Even the person in front of us checking out right before we did said her room was terrible. Not a coincidence. What an absolute joke. I give this place zero out of 5 because it isn't worth trying to rate. But I would like to inquire with the city of Mustang's inspector office to get it inspected soon and also the health department since trash was overflowing in every single trash can we could see around the hotel hallways and outside that were still there when we checked out the next morning. Disgusted to say the least.

It’s was ok. Glad it was just 1 night.

Location was great. Breakfast - they ran out of gravy by 7:30am & said they wouldn’t have anymore. Unfortunately biscuits & gravy were the only thing there my granddaughter would have eaten

The 1st room we were in had a problem with the heater - it would not go above 65 degrees & it was cold & snowy outside. Moved to a different room & the shower was difficult to get it to work & very little water pressure.
