Worst Experience in Any Extended Stay

Staff are good but hotel now sucks, not recommended for anyone with family to stay now

Was not worth $180.

I was double charged after I paid my reservation online. . And was informed of the mistake. But I was very unhappy the attendant did not know what they were doing because now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my refund. Also we reserved for 4 people but there were not sheets, blankets or pillows for the couch bed. Also, my room keys did not work well in my door or one of the hotel outside doors (was broken or something wrong with the door).

Very clean rooms!

Let tell you what was awl full the hallways had a bad smoking smell when I got off the elevator. I thought no smoking was a standard in hotels in California, I almost left before I got into the room. Traveling all day for business super tired I stayed. (The refrigerator make a knocking noice all night like a person was at the door. Unbelievable!!)

Location is great right off highway

Bed was hard and squeaky, hotel definitely needs some upgrades to fixtures Breakfast was a snack nothing to fill you up Not even fresh fruit Walls were so thin I could hear the people next door arguing word for word with my TV on No alarm or clock in room

great price, poor maintenance!!

Honestly everything was pretty much what you would expect for a last minute 100$ booking for queen bed size room… nice, comfortable, a place to shower, sleep, and even cook if you want!

The only issue… HUGE leak above shower… ceiling Sheetrock had big bubble and was pierced in the middle likely to drain water, which tells me they obviously know of the problem… no heads up from front desk. worked a 13 hour shift and just needed a place to sleep so I didn’t make an issue of it but hey at least a heads up would have been appreciated! hope management fixes issue ASAP not a good look!!

The staff that extended stay was nothing less than Superior customer service from the time we arrive

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating I appreciate it everybody smiling face and positive attitude.

There was no ice machine but there was ice trays in the freezer so I guess it's still okay

The Front desk young lady was amazing , She was cheerful, helpful, and mostly willing to go beyond.

The Place smelled as if someone just cooked in there, the tub was dirty, i only had 2 bath towels and wash rags.. There was no coffee pot in room. Underneath the bed was ripped, looked like no one sweep. I didn't want to complain because I had so much going on with family deaths and needed to get away and gather my thoughts before I move to another state. And did not want to deal with anything at the time. Thank you for asking about my stay.
