Location, staff knocked on door 10 minutes before 11am, train, traffic, and other garments talking outside door kept me up at night.

I enjoyed my stay.

Everything went as I expected. Maid service was a little too early for me. Once I left for the day—-there wasn’t a return. I would have liked to change towels and get some soap. My room didn’t have cups and the ice machine didn’t work. Overall the stay in was good.

My stay at Hathaway Inn

It was in somewhat of a bad neighborhood. King size bed with 2 full size pillows also when I booked in Bookings it didn't say it was a 2 night minimum I checked out a day early,and the facility wouldn't refund my 225$ The manager stated it was a 2 night minimum and wouldn't hear ftabout refunding me and bookings was unable to get my refund back so I will be going through my bank

Furious.

Nothing they didn't have coffee ,breakfast nothing pool was green . Mold in rooms and fridge dirty sheets looked used ( not changed from last guest

It's a nasty place I'm really disappointed charge high prices and give u filth n return and no coffee to swallow the fact u been had I have seen some motels in my life that u probley rented by the hour n they looked better then this the pool was nasty had duct tape to act as missing fence post around pool

Disappointed in our overall stay

nothing

rooms were dirty with black bugs on bed. no smoke alarm. mold on shower. pool green unusable. couldn’t do laundry because they said machines were broken. shade on window that didn’t cover window so light was always shining in so had to cover window with beach towel to sleep. hairdryer was ripped off of wall from previous guest and maintenance came in while my daughter and I were in the room to put new one on wall. no breakfast available as stated on website. no fitness area. we couldn’t wait to leave. I prepaid on booking.com so leaving and finding another place not an option on short notice. definitely false advertising with this place

Pleased.

Toilet had a rocking but all else was good. Happy. I'll come. Back again.

Location but that's manageable. Shower head could of been better. Soap and shampoo also could be better. Good channels (movie choices)

Better than expected for the money.

Room was more than adequate for the price point.

A little loud, but it’s summer so people were in and out. The surrounding area is sketchy looking, but I had no issues.

Good for the money but I'll pay the extra to stay at the beach next time.

The room was good. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great. Room was very clean. Rate was fair for the location.

The location is very inconvenient. From inside the room I could hear doors slamming and people arguing from several doors down the hall. It was difficult to sleep one night due to this. Showerhead did not function very well.
