SUCH a great stay - wish we'd booked more nights but we can't wait to come back!

We loved the welcoming lobby staff, the GORGEOUS interior (bonus points for the cool globe where visitors can "pinpoint" their hometown) and our room was SO pretty and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Quiet, cozy, opulent. We loved it. Bonus points for the awesome elevator.

Wouldn't change a thing, honestly.

A bit pricey/classy option in perfect location to enjoy the delights Petaluma has to offer.

Location, historical renovation was lovely. Excellent cocktails in the lobby.

Can’t wait to return! Wonderful get away!

Beautifully maintained property! They were decorated for Christmas when we arrived and it was gorgeous! Staff is amazing, so friendly.

Our accommodations were changed due to an AC being out. The staff informed us that we would receive 20% off our stay, which we never received.

Great location, great staff, clean, easy free WiFi, no real down side.

Very hard to beat the location! The parking situation concerned me, but turned out to be very convenient--no problem at all.

The street noise was only a minor irritant--not a problem. It didn't disrupt our sleep, and we acclimated overnight.

A perfect quiet night after a delicious dinner and drinks in the building.

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was delightful. There is a large fireplace, and outdoor dining. Everything was spotless and clean.

I didn’t have breakfast. Excellent location to restaurants and entertainment that are all walkable from the hotel. And the hotel is beautiful in an old world style. The huge fireplace with seating was a real treat as it was cold outside.

Nice town with much to enjoy, but this hotel has had its day.

Stately building. Nice town. Free parking. Tasteful spacious lobby.

Ridiculous noise level with single-paned windows. Insouciant staff. All a little shabby. Our room’s old alarm clock went off at 6:00 a.m. Bad night’s sleep.

well maintained, beautiful decor, and calming ambiance. Danielle, is the best customer service agent I’ve dealt with in any hotel. she is a true gem and should be the manager!

the staff at the bar, were less than friendly. customer fundamentals were absent.

Convenience and comfort

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the fresh coffee every morning in the lobby and the happy hour in the evenings. Location can't be beat-all of the shops and restaurants right out the door.

A little street noise, but the air filter/fan provided in the room helped with that. The elevator was broken a couple times during our stay, but they fixed it quickly, so it wasn't an issue for us.

cute but loud. stay for the atmosphere, not if you want to actually sleep

the location of the hotel is fantastic.

the ‘upgraded’ room we were given faced the alleyway and freeway. the result? the hotel bar emptying trash cans full of glass bottles into the dumpster late into the evening, semi trucks and loud cars flying down the highway throughout the night, and garbage trucks emptying dumpsters at 6:30am! needless to say, there was not a lot of sleep taking place
