I booked this hotel to catch up on some sleep and ended up playing exterminator in my room.

The moment I most enjoyed was when I was driving away!

TV didn't work. Killed 4 large spiders in the 6 hours I was there.

6 days of nice

My mom loved the breakfast. Nice staff clean rooms. Small but nice workout room. We were there for 6 days. Nothing fancy but nice.

The toilet took forever to fill up. So if you flushed, the next person had to wait almost 20 minutes for it to fill back up. The outlet in the bathroom sometimes worked and sometimes not. I would suggest higher toilets for older adults.

Facility was clean, very close to a Walmart so that was helpful for some quick errands. The yogurt and pastry selection for breakfast was nice.

Breakfast had a lot of options, but the hot food was often out or a little cold. There was not a kitchen linked to the breakfast area, which isn’t the staff’s fault, so maybe that is why items are out as often.

Very good

Because we arrived so late and slept in, we did not get to enjoy the breakfast however my husband did get coffee and the staff in that department was great.

The receptionist took a long time to respond to door bell and did not seem to happy to help us checking in, she was not very friendly. We did arrive later than expected because our flight was delayed but when you work in customer service, I believe you need to feel the guests welcome.

Comfortable and quiet.

Don't think they had breakfast at my location...or I wasn't aware of it.

Everything was great. I couldn't see the spa though it was listed on the amenities page. Did see the pool, however.

Superb

The property was well kept. This might be weird, but it smelled good. Guest service was friendly, prompt and helpful. The room was really nice. The bed could be updated. We felt every spring and each other's movement. Plenty of towels, the shower is incredible. Loved the shelf in the shower. Great water pressure. Convenient soda machine.

The bed. Ancient mattress. Sagging-ish. The pillows are nice. We stayed in room 208 at 15151 Brighton Rd, in Brighton. The BW. I'm sure you know where. Fix that?? Hands down the best hotel I've been in!

I checked out early I was at a funeral till 3 pm I asked the first gal if I could have a late check she said no I would have to buy another night if I wanted anything after 12pm as a check. so I agreed to pay the 125 for my convenience. alter the Fairfield was working with the other family members and their times. so we agreed no problem, I came to check our the last person I talked she said well you still have to pay and you don’t get a discount I knew that, and was already upset about losing my niece. it was not need to say that so harshly, I had already had this discussion once.

it was nice, clean and professional. what I liked most was that the reviews I read were not great but not horrible either. I thought this hotel was great!

The staff was very friendly 😊. The breakfast was great for a quick meal.

We reserved a king room but I know it was queen and when I asked they insisted was a king room but I have a King bed at home and it definitely wasn't a king and the room was small, was at the end of the hall next to the entrance so we heard the door alot.

Clean, friendly and spacious!

So pleased we chose this place for our first night. It has everything we needed, friendly staff, convenient location and was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Highly recommended!

It is very clean and breakfast was really good. Staff was nice, especially the housekeeping.

Confusion with reservation. Our Wednesday day was not scheduled and I was called on Saturday because hotel had us checking out that day which wasn't true. Extra worries that I didn't need. Poorly managed. No apologies, nothing.
