Overall, satisfied with location and clean, quiet room

Breakfast was warm and tasty

The vending machines really needed service, either would not take dollar bills or coins, or desired product was out. Trying all four floors, I eventually did get a Pepsi out of one of them.

Probably won’t go back.

Our room was fine. Comfy bed. Desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Filthy upholstered chairs in Common area. Hated that we had to go through Booking.com to book it. Very difficult to cancel our third night. Waiting for refund to show up. The breakfast was very disorganized. Food was cold or not there at all waited we 15 minutes for hot food refill. Verrry unfriendly person working in there.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean.

The bed was so uncomfortable, that my husband and I didn’t sleep.

It will look nice when the painting is done!

It was very clean. The beds were comfortable.

They were in the process of redecorating; it smelled like paint & had plastic over the windows. Also there was no meat a breakfast-no bacon or sausage like other hotel breakfasts.

Terrible unable to sleep had a horrible night

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice

The air conditioning won’t go down from 72. The room was hot I asked for a fan they didn’t have one. They tried to give us another room the air won’t cool that room either. Went to check out let them know again we didn’t sleep well because it was hot. Then they said they did have a fan we could have used. Ugh

are was nice, could be crowded on weekends i imagine. needed more options but assumed that weekday breakfast is more limited. would be nice to have eggs and meat.

I’m very happy with my experience at this hotel and will recommend it to anyone staying in Cadillac.

Very clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, good hotel gym, excellent food.

I’m sure the beds and pillows are comfortable to most folks, but not what I’m used to.

Very good

Breakfast was good, just enough for a free continental type. Room was clean and comfortable.

Pool was over chlorinated and used other cleaners, left unwelcoming smell. Pool Room was also incredibly hot, pool water hot , nothing refreshing about the pool. Kids jumped in and came right out because the feel and smell of the water and room itself. Have a professional come in and assess what you are doing.

The hotel and Booking.com need to integrate better. we booked 3 rooms but only 2 were communicated to the hotel itself.

The first room the door did not lock so we had to move to another room Asked for late check said no I left book in room and they said no book was found but I know I had it in room

Would stay again.

We didn't have the breakfast, it wouldn't have been what we would expect for the $210 room fee.

The main sign along the road was completely unlit on a dark night causing us to miss it driving by....

Disappointing

Hotel was fairly clean, rooms were comfortable.

Elevator was down upon arrival, but was fixed the next day, pool was extremely over chlorinated, kids couldn't swim without burning thier eyes.
