Amazing !

I traveled with my boys. We loved the hotel . It have a swimming pool with a slide and my kids love it !! Breakfast was very good and multiples options . They cleaned our room every day and clean towels too

I'd stay here again , it was very nice.

It was so beautiful there set into the hill, views were gorgeous.

I only have one thing to add about that, the toilet seat was not staying connected to the toilet , needs replacement.

Overall the stay was nice.

The rooms were nice sized and the bed was comfortable.

The couch and ottoman was dirty. None of the channels on the guide for the tv matched what was there when you clicked on it. One drawer would not stay closed.

Relaxing and accommodating for the weekend!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I needed more pillows for my bed and the staff made it happen!!!!

Nothing was disappointing about my stay! Awesome experience.

We airways love staying at Hanpton Inns and this one did not let us down!

The front desk ladies were so nice when we checked in and brought us extra bedding. Lovely property, engaging and genuine GM Scott! Abs your continental breakfast is always so much better that other hotels. The sound of the cicadas outside add night was aatounding and the view was stunning in the morning, as we drove in at night.

Curtains were in need of replacement. And as sofa beds go, this one was extremely uncomfortable for our adult son. The milk. Made my husband throw up. He said it was sour even though it wasnt outdated. But these are small things.

Location was everything for us at Hampton.

The location was perfect for us. Truly everything we visited Chattanooga to do was within a 10-15 minute commute. Ruby Falls, Raccoon Mountain Caverns and Rock City were what we came to do. Walmart is right across the road for anything you might need. Urgent Care is also across the road (2min drive) from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

There were 2 things: The ice machine on the 4th floor had mold under the tray in the interior, where you sit your bucket. The second thing is every morning you hear “house keeping” at 9am, as they move from room to room. Sleeping past 9am, while on vacation, would be difficult with all the announcing in the morning. It was a bit disturbing.

Overall great!

Breakfast and room were excellent! Pool and workout facilities were wonderful. The outdoor patio was superb!

There were a lot of barking dogs during the early morning and the front desk clerk was supremely annoyed by my requests for help to connect with the Internet.
