La piscine, les gaufres au petit-déjeuner.

May was good and everyone nice to and very helpful on things i ask them.

I really did get chance to eat your breakfast because my meeting was early in the morning and i be at my meeting.

You need to work on getting some better doors.

If a dump is where you want to stay, stay there at the no quality inn.

Absolutely nothing

The mole, the fifth, the lack of maintenance, the lack of concern, it was a shock to me. I did expect this type of hotel. It was like a trap house you see on TV!

NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN

THE STAY IN THAT HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE, THE FACILITIES DIRTY, THE ROOM LACK OF CLEANING, THE FLOOR DIRTY, THE TABLES DIRTY, THE BATHROOM HORRIBLE, THE BATHTUB THE WATER DOESN'T FLOW, THE AIR CONDITIONING DIRTY. FINALLY A HOTEL DISASTER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. THE PHOTOS THAT APPEAR IN THE PROMOTION ARE NEVER THE SAME. THE SURROUNDINGS OF THE HORRIBLE PLACE, THE DIRTY ELEVATOR, HORRIBLE.

Very disappointing.

The staff was super nice. The location was great for our visit. We were in walking distance of the civic center.

The room was not very clean. We found something sticky on the counter. The microwave and refrigerator didn't work. The towels had stains and we found hair in the bathroom.

I have never stayed in such a low-standard hotel, I do not recommend it.

The room was cleaned once a week, floors were very dirty. The service paid no attention to the complaint. I have never stayed in such a low-standard hotel, I do not recommend it.

BITTE NICHT HERKOMMEN ! VON WEITEM HUI VON NAHEN PFFFFFFUUUUUIIIII

Das einzige was einem an der Unterkunft gefallen kann ist die Lage ! Sonst NICHTS !!!

Der 1. Eindruck von draußen war ganz gut. Als wir jedoch näher kamen, hat sich dieses leider nicht bestätigt. Als wir die Tür öffneten war dann alle Hoffnung verloren. Also es stinkt wie die Hölle nach Schimmel u.a. Es ist oll und abstoßend ! Wir haben SOFORT wieder ausgecheckt und dieses haben wir noch nie getan. Es war also wirklich nicht aushaltbar !

Everything. I did not stay. Cancelled reservation due to condition of room/property. Staff I met (Conde) was very nice and good to work with. However, property is in terrible condition.

The reception was rude she didn't try to do her job she didn't try to accommodate us to find us another hotel to stay in and I don't like that I had my way she will lose her job

For the price I should’ve stayed elsewhere.

I liked that they have vending machines and ice machines on almost every floor.

The air conditioner did not work in my first room. The rooms were not clean. They also smell like mildew. There’s only one elevator in the whole hotel.

My first day started out with an angry desk clerk but all the other days workers were all hospitable

Shantel, Latisa and Konya addressed whatever issues we had and made us very comfortable.

The first room we got had no hot water and a bad smell and we were moved to another room. The area was kind of noisy due to location near I-10. The coffee machine and juice machine were out of order but Latisa made coffee and delivered it to my spouse, perfect!

If I was to do this trip again I would stay at Fairhope or even Destin

the accommodation is budget and clean. good for a night or two.

Mobile itself didn't have much to offer though.

It was a good stay. Affordable , clean comfy. Staff friendly.

The location was a good central location in Mobile. Walk to the civic center was easy. The hotel is a little older but was clean and the beds were comfy. Fairly quiet location. The breakfast was edible and appreciated.

Disappointing

the staff was quick to fix issues we had. very nice and polite

price was expensive for the low quality hotel. rooms are half clean. blinds did not close all the way. water was not that hot to shower in. the first room i had was covered in standing water from the door to the bathroom. the second room i had looked like a janitors closet.

Bad

When I went to find the room it was a “hidden” room behind the stairwell with no placard to know the room number. Upon entering and trying to turn on the light I couldn’t get it to come on and thought maybe it was mistake and the room was being remodeled as it was very dark, cold and smelled like mold immediately when you walked. I ended up just sleeping in my car in the parking lot because the smell bothered me too much. Definitely disappointed.

Horrible horrible

I didn't like anything. Maybe the complimentary breakfast. The only plus.

The room smelled bad, and the blankets were dirty. The ceilings were peeling. The toilet wouldn't flush. There was a plunger in the room, and that didn't work. This place needs to be shut down. It was horrible. For the price wasn't good for this location, I could have stayed at a motel 6 and would have been more comfortable. I didn't want to walk on the floors without shoes. I was thinking something was crawling on me. This was terrible 😕 I would recommend that you all don't list this place. I only went with this place based on the reputation of Booking.com, but this was horrible and uncomfortable for myself and my 3 kids. Quality Inn wasn't Quality or comfortable. A true roach motel.

If you’re desperate, it will do but I would not recommend this facility

Walking distance to downtown, woman working reception was very nice

Our room reeked of mold, and you could see a lot of mold growing in the vents. We were up all night coughing and sneezing. Door bolt was pulled out of the wall so it couldn’t be latched properly. Cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired.

The location was great and the front desk was helpful

The floors were filthy... we woke up to a flood in the bathroom because the shower above us was leaking... we put towels down and they turned black from the dirt..

It’s in the middle of everything downtown. It’s at a great price.

It wasn’t clean and the hotel could use some updating. from the rooms to the some of the employees!
