I had such high expectations 👎

I really cannot think of one thing that I liked or was able to utilize while being there.

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk and throughout the stay, the staff was extremely disrespectful to us. We were trying to get food a few minutes before 10 AM and the man that worked there told us breakfast is closed and was trying to rush and put the food up as quickly as he could. We would get rude comments when we asked for pillows or anything that was not already in our room. The mattress and the sofa couch was absolutely disgusting and had stains on it that looked like it had been there for years. After taking a shower and putting my socks on, my socks were black from the carpet. It seems as though someone has shampooed the carpet, but did not do a good job, so it had that damp feeling and it was absolutely gross.

Good hotel nice location and clean

Large clean room, tv was great, shower was good, breakfast was good, nice selection.

Stayed 2 nights but did not service our room had to go down and get fresh towels, waited for 15 minutes for front desk clerk never showed so went to laundry room got some. Noisy kids next door, but lived with it

Please future patrons do not go near Springdale or Baymont hotels!

I didn't like very much about this hotel. It was older in appearance and had none of the Disabled facilities as in their advertisement, we were so disappointed! There were no walk-in showers, no spaces large enough for my wheelchair to maneuver around in. My fellow Jehovah's Witness is 80, and I am 63 and a recent Amputee of my left leg.

The young man who it seems was the only staff member on duty for our 3-day Jehovah's Witness Convention, was tired and overworked! When we checked out that Sunday morning, he used my personal, private credit card information and charged $3.00 to it for some Bogus candy order! I called the Mobile Police Department and reported his blatant fraud and theft against my person! I can promise you this, next year for our convention stay, I won't ever make an online reservation at Baymont Inn, and certainly not at Springdale Inn & Suites! These two hotels are full of scam artists! Shame! Shame! #Shame

Family road trip

Location. Close to alot of restaurants. Walmart. Great water pressure.

When you book a, you put # of people, so put that many towels, not these people we family of 5+ and room had 2. Had to ask for more... Then we opened couch bed. No sheets. Had to ask for more.. Bed not really comfortable. The bed I was in feels like the head is low, so I got a pressure headache. It accommodated our sleeping size needs. A/C didn't cool room off. Needs bigger 1. Bathroom. Good size, need the caulking replaced, and touch up paint. Hopefully breakfast will make up for it. If we had no other choice we stay here again. I'm a Florida resident and used to outdoor pools, it's small but wore the kids energy. But if you have any breathing issues the chlorine with bother you being an indoor pool.

Wouldn’t stay again if there were other options

The location was good and we had a couch so we could sleep 5 people

Could not find staff when needed. Went to the front desk for more towels and there was no one there. Had to hunt down someone to help me

Location and price

My party arrived an hour early for check in. Knowing we were early, we thought about asking to check in. The staff at the front desk offered to allow us to check in early IF we paid $20. We did not. Either the room is ready or not, and we should not pay an additional fee. After that experience, I doubt if we would stay here in the future.

Semi-Clean rooms (found a ball cap behind the couch), Friendly staff (what few that there were).

The breakfast was boring and they always had a waffle iron broken and offerings would frequently run out before everyone had a chance to eat.

No body-wash dispenser. All tubs should be replaced with walk in showers (maybe a few tubs in a few rooms). Safety rails need in the tub/shower area. Better TV menu options. Signage was poor hidden by some greenery.

I stay in a lot of hotels and this is the first time I had an employee walk in my room without permission. My family and I were relaxing in evening in room when I heard a knock I thought it was room across hall then are door opened and I said can I help you and it was guy from front desk and he says I was just checking how many nights you were going to stay . I am not sure but I believe he was going to mess with our stuff why else would he come in to ask that if no one answered when he knocked. To top it off we had the do not disturb sign on door handle. It was clearly booked for 2 nights in my conformation 4 months ahead of time and at time of check in so really not sure what he was planning to do but I will never stay at this location again because of this .

Comfortable stay

Reasonable price. Comfortable rooms that seemed clean. There was a strong smell of bleach when we first walked in. The breakfast was good.

The manager seemed frustrated with me because I didn’t understand why I had to pay a separate deposit after paying for the room in full. It was very loud until at least midnight with kids running and jumping upstairs.

Very conveniently located for us and close to shopping and some restaurants for dinner.

Location was away from busy highway so it was quiet. staff was helpful. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was very good.

Furniture in breakfast area could have used new coverings, but I think the hotel is still renovating.
