Stained towels and blankets

I liked that breakfast was included

I did not like the stained blankets and stained towels. Please invest in new towels and blankets and sheets. It was disgusting.

I liked the staff the continental breakfast the whole facility was fine with one exception the bathroom.

I didn't like the shower the shower seat had rusty metal on it and rust running down the wall of the shower and the ceiling of the shower needed painting very badly I tried not to touch anything.

Comfy beds and clean room.

The toilet overflowed, and we had no plunger. Called down to the desk, and the lady working the night shift said she would come up and take a look. After waiting 4 hrs, I had to go down, get a plunger and towels to clean it up, and then had to carry towels back down and get disinfectant, and clean it up.

We probably will not stay here sgain

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. Check in was smooth.

The elevators were broken and we were on the 3rd floor. There wasn’t any parking available for us. The manager had a poor attitude to us about it. I tried to explain I have lupus and I can’t climb stairs she could not care less. We parked our car in another hotel parking lot and had to walk a good distance in the dark to get to our hotel.

Gross, not for us

The check in process was easy and quick.

The room was gross, the toilet was leaking causing the floor in the bathroom to be wet. The shower had black mold/mildew all over it. And even the curtains had some kind of stains on them.
