Run away from this hotel!!

Nothing

Odor, mold, stains, hairs in bed, TV broken, had to change rooms, construction happening as trying to sleep, inconvenient. Just don't go here! Ever!!

Great location, great value

The location was wonderful and the people were very nice to us. The beds are extra comfy and everything just lovely. I think the star rating of two is too low.

I tried to take a bath, but the plug wouldn't keep the water from flowing out. That was the only thing that was disappointing after an 8 hour ride. I really wanted a bubble bath.

Father's day in Eufaula

Got there a little early, they let us go ahead and check in. Like 20 min. early. Staff was friendly. They were making our stay as comfortable as they could. The pool was great. It was a quaint quiet neighborly atmosphere.

Doing some renovations so it wasnt the most modern of rooms, but the staff was great. I think the breakfast could have used some biscuits and gravy, but I'm from Tn.

I had to get my own towels and linens. It was suppose to be a non smoking room and it smelled like some just got done smoking.

Mostly disappointing but there wasn’t many other options in town

The breakfast was pretty good. The bedding appeared to be clean.

I requested a nonsmoking room but our room wreaked of smoke. There was a small roach in the bathroom. The door locks were broken.

Nice hotel with a rich breakfast.

Our second overnight stay at this hotel in the last week. Clean and spacious room, above average breakfast including hot meals, large dining room.

I'd appreciate a smaller pillow.

we stayed here while we were going to visit Providence Canyon State Park. it was a great play to stay. we had our 3lb do

great view to the sunrise and sunset just across the street. There is a set of concrete bleachers that they really need to capitalize on. we went out each evening to watch the sunset.

the breakfast was not kept up. They put out very minimal and ran out every morning during mid rush.

good price, convenient location, and a nice view. other than the AC issue, it was fine.

my room was damp and humid, even with the AC running. I finally turned off the AC and it got a little better. since I was there for only one night, I didn’t complain to the desk.

Didn't get any clean towels 2nd day. N asked for them.i changed my own bed asked for pillows cases Didn't get them . Phone didn't work. Light bulb out by bed asked for one

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Has the potential to be great, but it is poorly run by management and bug infested. ‼️ Management tried to resell the room we were first issued even though it had not been cleaned!! ‼️

‼️ BED BUGS, Live roaches, and several other bug remains found. Our first room was bug infested and my moms room had bed bugs! ALL rooms were just nasty and smelled heavily of cigarettes. Management was a nightmare and refused to give us a refund but did give my mom a refund after being bitten by bed bugs minutes after laying down.. she has videos of live bed bugs along with several pictures of bed bug remains. ‼️ Wish I could post more than 4 pictures.
