Worth the stay, hoping they will continue to upgrade their domestic products.

This hotel is very accommodating. I was able to book a room on the spot when discoing my original hotel was a motel, with doors facing the outside. The were able to get me a room and I checked into it 15 min later. The staff is nice and the place is clean.

My bed sheets had holes in them and the elastic was totally stretched out, probably due to bleach usage. I always stay here when visiting my family, but it’s time to invest in new sheets.

The Breakfast was good, wish they had bacon

Couldn't change the Tempature in my room. Always stuck on 60 degrees. Not enough parking near my room. Had to park at the end or behind the building Even when someone left they would put cones up in front of the parking spot so no one took that spot when they left for something.

Disappointing

So many flies and mosquitoes in the room.. we spent 10 solid minutes killing the bugs when we got there.. and the beds were rather hard.

Very outdated. There was good pieces on one of the beds.

My granddaughter liked the pool.

There were a lot of broken items in the room. The picture looked better the the hotel itself. I do not like room upstairs.

I give it a nine. air conditioning worked really well in my room it was clean the bed was comfortable. Bathroom is clean

Th location was in a good spot . And it’s wasn’t over priced for the amenities that was offered, and the staff was very friendly and understandable

I don’t have any negativity to say about the property

It was very comfortable

The breakfast was good. When we got there it was still hot and there was plenty of food.

The only thing was we couldn't get the refrigerator to cool.

Bed bug

It was close to everything

My daughter got bite on her eye by a bed bug, I told front desk wasn't even offered anything just for me to send the pics to her phone.

Very clean and beds were very comfortable.

When I checked in the staff told me my room was on one side of the building but it was really on the opposite side. Then I reported the hair dryer had a short in it and asked for a new one, the clerk said "I don't think we have any more" and yet they advertise you can buy them. Smh

Location

I had to wait in line for more than 10 minutes after I checked in because the keys the staff gave me were working. Also the light in the bathroom were look like the cover broke or something. Sheets were clean because I can smell odors coming back it and the pillow case too. I also put deposit, it was supposed to be $50 but I gave the staff $100 because I did not have any $50 and he told me he had to keep the $100 as a deposit even though it was supposed to be $50 because he was not allow to give change. That's what the staff told me.
