Sehr schönes, neu wirkendes Hotel außerhalb der City.

Saubere, sehr neu wirkende Unterkunft, die trotz der Lage sehr ruhig ist. Sehr schöner Pool. Leider sollte man unbedingt in die Stadt fahren um das Route 66 Feeling zu genießen.

Beim Frühstück leider nur 1! Waffelautomat und das Hotel war dem Andrang zu Folge ausgebucht. Super stressig, da lange Schlange am Buffet.

Prettig verblijf voor tussenstop

Ligt net buiten drukke centrum van Williams. Wel zo prettig. Direct van de snelweg Kamer goed voor kort verblijf. Goede douche

Zwembad dicht vanwege onderhoud. Beetje jammer Ligt uiteindelijk nog op uurtje rijden naar grand canyon

Very bad experience

Everything was bad … people at the desk not very friendly - we stay 4 nights and each day our card to enter our room was not working- rooms were not very clean even after asking them to do it, surfaces remains dirty and no hoover was done on carpet - we were with 2 kids so it was not very cool .. ( they told us that no moping neither Hoover can be done for us ..but I saw it was done for other rooms so .. a bit strange ). I never had a bad experience such as this one . That is why I wanted to explain everyone about it . This hotel knows they will always have clients due to the proximity of the Grand Canyon park ( 1hour drive ) and do not make any efforts for clients that usually stay for 1 or 2 nights . But we had to stay 4 nights and we expected a better treatment . Nights are expensive there so you better find another hotel for a better experience . Run away from here and choose somewhere else .

Hotel ruidoso

La situación y la cama era muy cómoda.

El suelo del segundo piso crujía, como yo dormía en el bajo me pasé la noche escuchando ruidos de la gente que caminaba “encima mio”. No pudimos pegar hojo ninguno de los tres. También nos pasó que había nevado un poco y en recepción nos dijeron que el acceso al Gran Cañón estaba cortado y no era verdad. Tendrían que informarse mejor porque estuvimos a punto de no ir.

Calme, correct petit déjeuné gratuit, personnel arrangeant et pas si loin à pieds du centre ville de Williams.

Les rideaux ne fermaient pas complètement donc la lumière rentrait beaucoup.

It was good, but it could've been so much better and more relaxing.

Location and staff. I would stay again, but I would need a quiet room.

The initial room didn't have a working TV. Staff immediately switched us to a room with a working TV, however, that new room was next to the water heater. We were warned, but also told that it was just "background noise". That is NOT background noise. It is the loudest water heater I've ever heard. It woke me up multiple times every night. Very inconvenient as I was having long days with extremely interrupted sleep. My children were both awakened by the noise each night as well, and they're heavy sleepers. It sounded like metal clanking around and someone pounding on the wall.
