Good stay at your hotel. Visiting family.

Very comfortable and clean room. The rate per room was good. East location off the highway. Check in clerk was very respectful.

Please don't salt the eggs. Consider to offer boiled eggs. Salty foods raise blood pressure. I like your variety of juice, milk, fruits.

The room was clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh and clean smelling.

The front desk clerks were very friendly. There was plentiful breakfast options. The food was fresh and tasty. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The breakfast room attendant was not very personable.

Overall it was clean but I will not be staying again especially for the price we paid.

Sara was great at the front and the staff at breakfast was super great.

The card readers didn’t work well, we had to reprogram our cards multiple times. The AC did not cool down the room very well and we were super hot in our room. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable.

Staff very friendly! Pet friendly! Beds comfortable.

Shower/tub did not drain properly. I believe the AC in the room needs filter change. Air in room felt...thick. Woke up very congested. Next to main highway. Lots of traffic noise. Woke me up a few times.

Reasonably priced, good place to stay if on the road (Hwy 101).

Asked for room near the front of the building (further from the freeway), and got one. Breakfast was good-eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. Hotel also close proximity to Solvang, with many shops & restaurants there.

The price was way too high for the low quality room. We paid $350 for a $89 room!

Heater did not work first night. We froze. Also, bar soap is not sanitary. We had to buy our own small pump soap

Within two minutes of being in in a "non-smoking" room my clothes reeked for the rest of the weekend

I booked a non-smoking room which smelled HORRIBLE, and I asked to switch rooms and they changed my room to one with no smell. The breakfast was fine.

I booked a non-smoking room which smelled HORRIBLE, and when asking to switch rooms, the guy at the desk was not friendly, apologetic, nothing. They did switch my room, but what ever happened to human decency and friendly customer service? Also, why would you mark the initial room as non-smoking?! Within two minutes of being in that room my clothes reeked for the rest of the weekend.
