The only problem was that the site didn't state that the elevator was out of order.

The customer service was good and the receptionist diligently did her job. Which was satisfying overall. Despite the elevator being out of order and the only room available was on the third floor, so I had to carry everything up

I left early because the elevator was out of order, and my room was on the third floor. It would have helped if the site notified me in advance that the elevator was out of order so that I could have booked my reservation elsewhere.

I would not stay there again!!!

We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

First, too many payment on my credit card that I disputed to my card company. Second, the front girl asked us to pay the $50 security fee in cash that would be credit at checkout. We did not pay the cash but was put on our credit card. Thirdly, the elevator was out for the whole two days and we had to take our luggage up and down the stairs. The only positive thing was the rooms.

The manager kicked us out because he decided to let his maid in my room to clean while I was sleeping and when I found out I addressed it asked his name and he refused to give it to me , the bathtubs are broken , they stop up , the place smells like weed and dog piss and it’s not even a smoking hotel.. elevators don’t work ,. The list goes on to be honest but whatever Floats your Boat

Don’t! Find another place!

They updated the floor & walls in sleeping area. But the bathroom was horrid, black mold, old & dated. The furniture & bed were old. Update everything not just 2 things. Come on Wyndham this is not to your standards

Stay was just okay best part checking out

Breakfast was better then expected and I like dog friendly

Hated the area, the element of people hanging around building is awful, no security , didn't feel safe at all very sketchy people walking around building at all hours and in lobby charging phones, and just unsettling, also we witnessed a drug deal walking back into the hotel so yeah it was definitely not making us feel secure which is what everyone wants. When leaving attendant was confronting someone on stealing items from cart, more security and police presence definitely neccesary

Wish we had not stayed arted even one night.

This property is dirty and smelly. And in a not so good neighborhood. Our room was pretty clean but found shaving hairs in the sink, something sticky and slimy in the faucet handle. They advertise breakfast. They had pancakes, cold cereal, and oatmeal. I don’t eat carbs and needed eggs and protein which they didn’t have any of. They refilled the coffee for us but the pump on the canister didn’t work right and we had to pump and pump and pump and then it was so weak we ended up throwing it away. We stayed one night and left. Couldn’t take it. Can’t believe Wyndham has their name attached to the hotel.

Ok but could have been better

The water pressure n the comfortable beds

Most of the staff was not welcoming at all. Had a pit bull at the front desk. Stood n line over 29 mins to get a new key for my room. It should not take two agents to extend someone’s stay. Never was greeted with a hello or welcome back from staff. Housekeeping sweeping n mopping the lobby while guest were standing standing in line making us move with out saying excuse me. Not to mention sweeping trash over my feet. There were 2 staff members that are male that were somewhat welcoming. Lots of strange ppl hanging around hotel…. Like the fact that u need a key to get in front door after 7 pm and no company allowed after a certain time. I will give this hotel another chance

The rooms were descent

The staff was rude and charged me 15 for towels that were dirty. My son threw up hot cheetos n they flipped out took 15 Dollard from deposit no warning or anything

Staff was ok

There was an apparent drug user (literally high, with door half broken where he was trying to get in and ash residue smeared on his face) outside while the doors were locked myself and my children had to use a card to unlock the doors to get into the actual hotel, was extremely unsafe and definitely uncomfortable!!
