A Wonderful Hotel that deserves Respect.

Staff was very polite and the room was comfortable. Would book another stay.

There was another resident, an older women on the 3rd floor, that would would prop the door open with a rock when she went to smoke and it bothered me because there was a family with kids on the first floor.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room did not have carpet-a definite plus for people with allergies

Furniture was a little worn in accessible room, probably from wheelchair abrasion when moving around.

It's a nice place to look at but check it out before you stay.

coffee was good rooms were very clean

staff was not friendly when we arrived nor when we left. The room was warm when we entered. we went to turn on the air conditioner and a couple of buttons were cracked and could not figure out their purpose. Some cool air was blowing but then stopped and started blowing warm air. my husband said maybe it's a controlled setting, and will cool down the room when it hits a certain temperature. we went to bed but the temperature did not change. the room was so hot and uncomfortable. we opened the window hoping outside air would help but we just added another issue to our discomfort and the noise from the train going by. Now we know why there were earplugs by the side of the bed. food was cold and other containers such as bread and muffins were empty we waited for the staff to refill the containers, and by the time we ate, the food was icy.

Nice stay

The commumicaton with the staff was great. We had a little mix-up with them and booking.com, but they were able to fix it quickly. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The staff was friendly!

I was having issues with the key room! it locked me out of my room, and I had to keep going downstairs! The woman at the desk wasn’t able to leave the front desk to help me! They didn’t have any handyman available to help me with my room! the pillows are tiny, and the bed was not comfortable!

Overall, great stay! Stayed here in 2020 and this well exceeded that visit!

Breakfast and the attendant was FABULOUS! Couldn't say enough good things! News was LOUD in the dining area at breakfast and she turned it down at our request. She was helpful and kind. Loved the clean remodeled room!

Little bar behind the inn was EXTREMELY loud where you could hear every word of every rock song at 10pm on Saturday night from our bed. Not a great vibe for a family with 2 children. Luckily, each night stand had ear plugs without request, which helped. Just very unprofessional and disrespectful of the bar and to the guests of the inn. Also, the lady at check in, wasn't friendly and welcoming. The lady in the mornings and at check out was wonderful.

Very average place. The staff were all excellent; however, it was advertised to have had a hot tub, and there was no hot

Every person we encountered that was staff…..freaking awesome! They were all friendly, helpful and nice.

The rooms were said to be sound proof, but we were facing the road and could hear every car passing by, as well as the neighboring rooms.

Not a pleasant experience

Condescending front desk staff at check-in. Harassing call to close the door of our room, for our security-again condescending-when we had it propped open a few min with the latch that is for that. Our room was at the end of the hall near the ice machine. We felt watched and not for our security. Breakfast food was meh but large selection of items. Had to stop and stay at another hotel the next night due to weather. That cheaper, just off-the-highway hotel was.so much nicer than this one and gave us the homey cozy feeling this one should have.

The hotel was overall very clean. Breakfast was decent.

The doors in the room have a large gap in the bottom which causes you to hear all the noise we put a towel across it.
