Toilet Overflowed Twice

Welcoming staff, property is nice though the hot tub is out of order.

Toilet starting gurgling when I was not even in the bathroom, then when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night it had overflowed all over the bathroom floor. I cleaned it up and went back to bed. The next morning before I could shower it started again gurgling and overflowed. I have never in all my trips with Bookin had this happen. It might not have been the hotel's place to issue a refund but this it not a location I will ever stay at again.

close to our family. very clean. very comfortable bed.

the staff was a bit stand-offish. and the night lady was less than helpful. the breakfast was gone before the time was up and no action to make more .

A good deal with best entertainment selections.

Very comfortable bed and the best TV with wide range of selections finally. Other amenities in the room were good

Breakfast was mediocre but better than nothing. I am tired of people coming into my room unannounced, must always security lock the door.

The key card to the room quit working 3 times. there is no place to set soap or shampoo in the shower.

Staff was nice. Pillows too small. Noise from breakfast room was adjacent to our room.

Breakfast was good. We could hear walking above and we were put next to the breakfast room, so we could hear people in the morning. The lobby wall and ceiling need repairs, worn, peeling.

Could hear noise from our room, otherwise, the room was fine. The pillows were very small, standard, not queen or king size.

Despite the negatives I mentioned, I'd stay there again.

The room was very clean, no heavy cleaning odors, nice comfortable bed..

The hot water in the sink too a long time to get hot and the drain was slow. The door was hard to get unlocked with the magnetic card. I had coffee and cereal for breakfast. Sausage patties didn't look too appetizing.

I know its a green Hotel, but I will like the shower to get some extra water.

Room was comfortable

The breakfast was a joke. Coffee seemed as though it was brewed with cold water Undrinkable! Told the man at the desk and he just shrugged his shoulders.

I’d definitely stay here again!

Room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Desk staff was very polite and assisted me with directions on the phone when I couldn’t locate the inn at night in the dark. The young man was so helpful!!

The facilities looked as though they'd been recently remodeled. Everything was perfectly clean and the breakfast items individually packaged for safety. This was an excellent value.

Very good

Good standard room. Bathroom was very large - the extra space could have been put to better use in the bedroom. A plethora of USB outlets, yeah! Not very busy so I got a good parking space but the lot was small so, if busy, it might be difficult.

Basic hotel that meets your expectations when in-transit or just passing by. We were on route from San Francisco to Yosemite.

Hotel didn't have my reservation. Looking back I only got a confirmation from Booking.com and not the hotel.
