Alright the lady was not very pleasant at the counter

Property was good

When I got there they charged a$150 fee in case I was smoking or brought in a pet This was not a stipulation on booking .com

Discomfort Inn

Breakfast had poor selection.

Pool advertised as heated was closed. Workout room had three pieces of broken equipment. Front Desk staff indifferent.

Comfy bed, spacious room, free breakfast

The bed was very comfy and had plenty of pillows. Spacious room and bathroom with a workspace for doing office work. Free breakfast has protein (sausage and egg) carb (cereal, toast, muffins, waffle) coffee and juice choices. There was a roller to help bring my luggage upstairs.

Kinda messy floor and elevator that had chips, candy wrappers, and broken nails on the floor. Allergies were going crazy in the hotel.

the room

another guests in the hall were smoking, even I smell from my room and It was 24/7, I felt uncomfortable, we call to room service and the didn’t do anything

A complete disappointment

Everything was bad.

There was people in the hotel smoking weed which made the whole place smell disgusting. We stood there for 4 nights and every single day the smell was super intense and disgusting that even made the rooms smell bad. We called to reception many times asking them to do something about it and nobody cares (when there were signs that smoking is prohibited). You could hear everything from the other rooms which was very annoying. The breakfast was incredibly bad. A complete disappointment.

A Little Disappointed

Fair price for the area.

I have stayed at this facility before, but was disappointed with overall condition this time. The facility was obviously lacking in cleanliness, always has some kind of construction going on (tools left sitting around in common areas), and breakfast was very limited. Seems like many in this industry are cutting corners everywhere they can. Guests with children suffer the most as choices for children are even less than for adults.

It was a bit dirty overall. Updated rooms but old bones.

Made the bookings/reservations a month ahead and received confirmation then when we arrived, there is no record of the bookings and no rooms available. Front desk person was rude giving me attitude not willing to help
