Habe ein Raucherzimmer bekommen obwohl ich Nichtraucher bin

Musste 20 Minuten an der Rezeption warten bis die Dame kam So was habe ich noch nie erlebt

Good stay, I would stay again.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, I slept well. There were recent updates to sink and vanity, tub and shower enclosure and flooring.

Uncomfortable plastic chairs and really old outdated furniture.

The place just looked a little run down, but the sheets were clean, the shower worked fine. All OK.

Disappointed that there was no breakfast provided, which we had expected.

More like a Motel 6 than a Best Western.

Over ok just the no response wasn’t good and the late check in was my only issues

Was nice seemed safe

I emailed though app to see about early check in but they said room wouldn’t be ready earlier the 2:45 I showed up at 3:00 check in time and room still wasn’t ready. Had to wait another hour before I could get into my room

Location is close to restaurants and mall. Free parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

The heating unit was loud and fridge froze my food items.

it’s well maintained, it’s quiet, and the staff is awesome.

Overall I really enjoyed the stay there at Rodeway Inn

There was no breakfast only coffee from 6am-9amif they had offered breakfast with the stay a little complimentary continental breakfast.

The rates could’ve been a little more affordable and / or offer at the very least a couple bottles of water for the rooms and extra pillows and sheets and cover that are not burned

Staff very friendly and responsive. Stephanie was exceptionally helpful.

Air conditioner had an overheat problem. Stephanie moved me rather quickly to another room.

Snug in Santee

Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location close to dining, shopping and freeway access. Very clean and inviting pool! TV was great! Nice size refrigerator and microwave in the room.

For $133 per night, breakfast should be included - no breakfast was provided. Although the room had a makeover, the mattress had not. It was quite hard and lumpy. The AC unit was noisy but tolerable. The room safe was inoperable.

I didn't have breakfast. I liked the location. pretty quiet.

What great staff! there was a mixup, but Steph was incredibly quick to accommodate us!

The pillows and blanket were quite flat and thin. I would bring extra pillows and blankets if you come here.

Good price for a location close to San Diego. Room was cleaned properly.

Short, sweet, and to the point, overall great stay!!

Front desk attendant was absolutely fantastic! She was jovial and her customer service exceeded my expectations, considering location. She also seemed to know her usual guests well and I believe that paying attention to your guests is very important within this industry.

The pool gate was a little confusing to me, could’ve just been the weed I smoked. Haha. On the other hand I do wish that they would update their style of linens in the rooms. Very 60s

A nice hotel close to everything you need in Santee

The young lady at the front desk,Stephanie was amazing! So accommodating & professional!!! We really appreciated her friendliness! The hotel is clean,could use some updating,but overall a good place.Its close to shopping,restaurants,and the MTS trolley system...
