Just an ok place to stay for a couple of days. Nothing horribly wrong, nothing outstandingly good.

Everything was simply "ok"

The water in the faucets in the room ran hot no matter how I moved the lever on the faucet

This hotel was one of few with a room available. I would not recommend this hotel.

There wasn’t much to like about this hotel. We were able to get a first floor room. The hotel lobby looked ok. The pool area closed too early, but the pool did look clean.

The room was dirty. The toilet had not been cleaned between stays. There were dirty towels left in the room from previous stay. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am.

Awesome at first then super sour.

The breakfast was wonderful and so was the attendant! The woman running the desk in the morning was polite and so was the young man in the evening shift.

The harassment from the maintenance man about not paying a dog fee that we had paid in advance for two nights in a row with a extra 100$ down incase of any issues. He then asked me repeatedly how many dogs did I have. I told him the same amount I registered and I had already paid. After the 5th time of him harassing us the woman at the front desk made him stop and explained we had paid. Then the man still wouldn't stop so we left.

DO NOT STAY HERE

absolutely nothing.

BED BUGS, completely see through window shade, extremely dirty, pet hair everywhere, shotty construction, felt unsafe… essentially we chose to leave as soon as we inspected the room. Told the front desk about the bed bugs and that we needed to check out as we obviously couldn’t stay there. They said they couldn’t do anything since we booked through a 3rd party and to take it up with booking.com, so we did but then they still refused to refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

One night stay on way to Western Colorado. Just needed a night to rest to continue our trip.

great stay and would definitely stay again. just wish all the amenities such as breakfast, bar, and pool/hot tub was

the pool/hot tub. the pool tables. the location. the beds are super comfortable. place was clean and very nice. staff was more than helpful and friendly.

the pool and hot tub close at 10pm. I think it would be nice if the pool and hot tub closed for kids since they are more loud but it should stay open for adults who know how to behave and be quiet. the sauna was not open. the bar was not open. the pool tables were eventually out of order. The hot part of breakfast wasn’t very good. there was only potatoes without any seasoning and egg omelette with only cheese in the middle. no meat such as bacon or sausage. other than that. everything was great! Also it would be nice if the coke machines and laundry machines took debit instead of just quarters. not a big deal on that but slightly inconvenient.
