Am unexpected stay here ended up being one of the best parts of our vacation!

Location perfect for airport; decoration updated, clean and stylish; pool and hot tub beautiful!!

Only that I couldn’t turn left from lot but that’s all

Good value for the price.

Hotel staff were very attentive to our needs. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Even though our room was the closest room to the airport runway, we could barely hear the planes when the air conditioner was on. We were pleasantly surprised about that.

Parking lot lighting was a little lacking. Parking spaces were a little hard to get into.

Overall it was a great stay.

The staff were friendly. It was in a very convenient location for all the activities we had planned. Rooms were clean, shower had pretty good pressure, was very quiet even though the airport is right there.

The pool needed to be cleaned, there were a lot of leaves in the pool. The bed was uncomfortable for me, however my friend found hers comfortable. Pillows were too soft.

Close your airport and now offer rides to and from the Clearwater Airport. Breakfast was very good.

Disappointing

The location was good. The pool was so cute and the rooms were comfy

There was working being done right above us. The water wasn’t on in our room the first couple hours we were there on day one when we checked in. We were never warned that work was being done or going to be done the next morning on day two. We were woken up at 830am to banging. I waited an hour to call the front desk, hoping it would end. And it didn’t. And we weren’t moved or anything. When I called we weren’t moved or anything. So we were annoyed about that. But the hotel is cute and the pool was nice and it was close to top golf and many restaurants. Only 30 min from the beach.

Worth the money

The woman at the desk was very pleasant and knowledgeable

The two staff I had the most interaction with were the woman at the front desk when we got there she was there again in the morning and then a young man that was helping with the breakfast. Very pleasant smiled made you feel at home wish I would’ve got their names.

We we’re very happy with our stay, the staff very courteous.

I was greeted by name & a smile, host was very polite & knew We were tired & hungry. Took care of check in quickly so we could go eat & get to our room.

What I expected and would come back if I had a short stay again!

We asked for low scent in our room and they did that! Front desk staff super friendly. Breakfast was kind of weak but we're picky. It was the usual premixed eggs, etc. and coffee weak. But again... we're probably too demanding. The exercise room was weak for sure with not many options and most of them turned away from the TV which is very weird. That's never happened before. I didn't expect all that much for a mid-level place right on the highway and it was just fine. I would, in fact, stay there again because the place was very clean and people really wanted ot make you ahppy!

A Nice Place to Sleep In

The room was clean and spacious. The shower was huge with a nice shower head. The front desk was always friendly. They had a great breakfast with waffles and eggs. On Mother’s Day they gave out carnations to all women.

The parking lot is very tight so you have to be careful when finding a spot to park.

Wonderful!!!!!!!!

The staff was wonderful and so accommodating. When we asked for directions to different locations, they gave us answers with a smile. So far it has been our best stay as we've traveled across the state. We will definitely stay there again.

We would have liked bananas on the breakfast buffet.

clean, good breakfast, laundry facility, fresh water in the lobby ever day, our room was cleaned and supplied very well, very nice that pizzas were brought in for the guests for Super Bowl.

only thing we would say was that the pool was too cold for us to use. maybe because it was February?

accommodating staff

The staff was the only redeeming factor.

The first room was ill fitted with a desk and chair located in front of the wall mounted television; drain was clogged, hot water for faucet never happened! Mildew smell unbearable front came to spray room deodorizer not a fix! upgraded to suite and accommodations were doubled in space and still lack of thought for how suite should function. don’t want staff be accountable but this was a last time stay.

I have rheumatoid arthritis which was flaring up at the time of our stay, causing severe body stiffness and pain. Beds were to high off the floor, because of my condition I had a hard time getting into bed. Also would have been nice to have a bathtub for our little one to bath in, instead of just a shower.

Nicely decorated, clean & the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had at a motel! Needed the 5am shuttle & our driver was prompt and very friendly. Will always be our first choice when we’re flying in or out of PIE airport.

requested housekeeping at 8:30am. after returning to my room at 11:00pm house keeping still didn’t get to my room and I had to remake the beds and gather towels at midnight. it was an added inconvenience to already a long day. other than that the faculties and room were great
