Superb

Convenient location. Staff was friendly and check in was very easy. Easy to get to ice and drinks. Room was clean. Bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries.

Parking places were a little too close together and very few handicap spote.

It was perfectly adequate and comfortable for our purposes. Sprouts and Heber's Cuban Cafe closeby

The beds were very comfortable, the towels were changed daily, the location was perfect for visiting my relatives in Apopka.Fridge was in perfect working order which was great for water, breakfast & snack items. If you are looking for fancy, this is not your place. As we were spending all our time visiting, we were only here to sleep & shower.

No vending machines despite the sign to vending machines. Bathroom was clean but worn. Doorstop in middle of floor but door opened in opposite direction-OW on the toes!

I have stayed here 5 times . Not a 5 star but somewhat comfortable. Management is always plight.

Never had breakfast. I like that it's located away from attractions, it's small family run , the price is good.

Mostly the smell of the water. The carpet needs a good cleaning and some furniture needs replaced. Parking spaces are tight.

Horrible

Size was fine.

Water smelled and tasted horrible, bathroom was disgusting and the Beds were so bad we had to leave a night early with no refund because we were both in so much pain from them.

There was no breakfast to my knowledge. The place wasn't the cleanest looking.

Owner has nasty attitude.. but hotel is worth it for price

If you can ignore his overall egotistical, passively nasty but forced nice "customer service" kinda attitude... It's a wonderful hotel for the price..

It is a very nice hotel for the price. However, the owner's attitude I don't appreciate whatsoever.. every time I spoke to him I felt as if he was talking down to me, no matter the context of the conversation. He's extremely, passively rude.

Get what you pay for.

The staff was very polite and friendly, no noise from adjoining rooms.

Toilet broke, lights by bed didn't work, warming light in bath area was shattered and still in the socket, beds not comfortable, pillow was about the size of a throw pillow, and the tub looked dirty.

Disappointing

I asked them if I could hang thing outside due to being wet and i was able too.

There is mold on the shower heads. I picked this place because of location and free breakfast - they arent doing breakfast due to covid. I was told I didnt have my kids on the reservation and I did on my end. Ice machine doesnt work and no vending machine it's just soda.

Superb

The location was great because it was close to where I had to be but far enough away that I would not be bothered. Very convenient.

I had a non smoking room and it could have been aired out a little bit more, it was a little stuffy. I bought an air freshener with me that helped some.
