My stay at the VALUE INN was awful!!!

What did I like about it that I had somewhere to lay my head.

What I didn’t like about it was very unpleasant and uncomfortable for me they couldn’t been like more curiosity.

VERY disappointing stay and poorly managed.

No phone in the room. Lamp shades broken. Missing light bulbs. Luggage holder broken. Pillows terrible. Bathroom was a mess, toilet seat loose and wrong size, floor dirty. A/C had the wiring taped and shredded. Only one light worked. Bed had crater in the middle. Bed ruffle ripped. Picture on the wall was inappropriate. Wasn't even able to check out properly because some guy was manning the desk that had no idea how to do anything. Waited 10 minutes for a desk clerk and no one ever came. I have LOTS of pictures for proof.

Will not stay there ever again until they clean up their act

Bad weather was coming and I needed someplace to stay for the night while passing through Warner Robins. The rooms needs some TLC. I saw two rooms and settled for the lesser of two evils. Bedcover had cigarette burns, heavy dust on top of the headboards, pictures fallen off wall and never replaced it just lay where it fell. A damaged lampshade, no light bulb in lamp, dirty hand prints on glass table, sticky gunk on night table, kitchen cabinet door hanging open wouldn’t stay close. There was something in the tub that looks like it can cut your foot in half if you stepped on it, lid fell off the toilet bowl. One thing I can give it credit for, is there were no roaches other than that this place is the pits. Over priced death trap. 😩

Flithy with hair. Food crumbs on floor. Dryers sheets and car vent fresher in the ac unit as room fresher. Dirty refrigerator and my first room the tub was dirty with a dead roach and tub paint coming up

this place was infested with roaches, even when my girlfriend and I got our room changed from the one we originally received. The new room was also infested with roaches.

Not the room I reserved.

Location was where we were familiar with being. So close to restaurants we liked eating at and stores we liked for shopping.

The floor was wet. After they specifically went in the room to make sure it was dry so we wouldn't have to take a room upstairs. I had booked a king size disability room and for some reason the cleaning lady had left and didn't have one on the bottom clean and I can't climb stairs. I won't stay here again.

The room was nasty, it had roaches and the first night the front desk re rented my room and at 11:48 pm I had someone open my door after I called the front desk to ask what was going on they said it was an accident. 12:45 am security knocks then comes in my room saying no one was suposed to be in there. I went to the front desk and was very upset because not once but twice my room was entered by someone . I was there with my daughter for her birthday. I drove 6 hours and got no sleep for obvious reasons. The manager was not professional at all and I will never stay again.

The hotel is inexpensive, has a fridge, microwave and stove in the room. The staff is relatively responsive to questions and issues. The room is also decently sized and doesn't feel cramped.

The room really needs a deep cleaning. Many corners had accumulated dirt in them, and the place doesn't feel real clean. Also, the internet connectivity through their free wi-fi is near useless most of the time. I telecommute and I I had to seek other connectivity.

Nothing! If i can give this property a 0, I would. I booked this hotel but did not stay in this MOTEL. I like that they did issue my refund!

I book 4nights, my first day. I made groceries & put it in the fridge, 15min later I go to get my daughter a snack & there are roaches in my food!!! I then go tell the desk lady, she offers another room. I took the other room, moved all my stuff & as soon as i get comfortable, there is MOLD in the coffee pot! The room was never cleaned. I then packed up me & my kids and left, came back the next morning to get my refund. I do not recommend, please don’t bring your kids there.
