Breakfast included, LVT flooring in guest room, comfortable mattress, spacious.
Tub/shower were dated. Looked clean, but could use new caulking.

That location of the hotel.
The room was supposed to be clean every 3 days, which was not good. Usually, the room needs to be clean every day.
On many occasions, I went to the front desk and complained about this situation because the room was not clean every 3 days. On some occasions, they cleaned in more than 5 days. Not good and not happy.

met the immediate need but would not stay again.
Location had drug dealers in parking lot all night & felt sketchy/unsafe. Breakfast was subpar. Everything was low quality. It’s too bad because you can see they are trying to upgrade but on a budget.

The manager man was very helpful and friendly.
The room needs paint. There are holes in the wall and blotchy unpainted sections. This is completely unacceptable.

Good location. Lady at front desk was very polite
My brother and sister in law stayed in another room. The TV didn't work but the lady at the desk came in to get it on. Took a little while but she and my husband got it. Also they said there was hair on the sheets (just one side of the bed)

location was right by the highway & close to major stores.
the beds were VERY uncomfortable, the bed frame made a ‘popping’ sound when we got on the bed, the toilet seat was yellow & sticky, the tub had caulk all over it, bedding was uncomfortable, filter light for AC was on, cobwebs by vanity, and staff member refused to turn on machine for my son to get orange juice before it was breakfast time.

There was a mattress outside our room when we arrived, the mattress was removed when we returned that evening and when we left in the morning the mattress was back again. The bathroom smelled like urine when we arrive, when we returned in the evening the smell wasn't prevalent. The next morning the urine smell was very faint. Water was leaking on the counter from the cold water sink handle.
I left my isotoner slippers and called the hotel desk 2 hours later; once the housekeeping team responded to the Front Desk team calls.......housekeeping staff member advised there were no slippers in the room. Yes my slippers were unintentionally left in the assigned hotel room. We called

It was very close to Fun City where we were going. The front desk assistant was very nice and welcoming
The rooms were not cleaned well. Toilet seats were visibly dirty and the blankets were dirty. We woke up to banging due to construction at 7am

The clerk, who seemed be on duty 24 hours straight, was personable, and worked to make our as best he could.
Every thing tube worn out, cleanliness was a problem, electric outlets were so worn that the plug would fall out, the shower was so slippery that ittwas hard to standup without holding on to something. Also some door locks did not work.

Garbage hotel.

You need new mattresses, they are terribly soft like maybe they are original to the place. Your pillows are terrible, and am glad I brought m own MY Pillow.
You need to put new firmer mattresses in each room.

Location was nice. Right next to fun city.
Ceiling was falling apart. Carpet was coming up in the hallway. Dead bugs squished everywhere on the walls smelled...off. horrible water pressure too. Beds were hard as rocks and didn't sleep very well at all.
