Comfortable room with excellent breakfast in the morning.

Drive from FL to IA twice a year. Always stop here for location (distance from home), location (right off highway), service (friendly employees), and excellent breakfast. Also, has side entrance to first floor rooms so can park outside my room near side door.

I hope this hotel isn't having financial issues??... No soap in bathroom & didn't appear to have been vacuumed since I found things on the floor. Also, ice machine down hall hasn't worked in 2 years. (Even so, will continue to stay here if possible.)

Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Room was not clean. Had not been vacuumed. Holes in walls were things were hung previously. Old razor head behind toilet. 2 light fixtures had no bulbs.

Breakfast was acceptable, location very good. Friendly staff.

There was no phone in the room, no washers or dryers, I was told to go to the laundromat across the street for that service, which I would expect a hotel to provide. The internet at their computer was down the entire time I was there.

Our stay was nice, quiet and the front desk staff was wonderful.

The location was nice. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome! The spa tub was AMAZING!

The facilities are a little run down. Our room had a hole in the wall that had not been patched. There was a little mold around the tub. The one thing that I really did not like was every time I walked in or out of our room into the hallway it smelled strongly of marijuana.

When taking a bath at night I found the previous guest hygiene still in the shower and when checking out to make sure we got everything my boyfriend found some of their hygiene in the dresser

Exceptional

Everyday was peaceful good breakfast clean and the mattress and pillows are so comfortable you don't want to leave. Swimming pool was clean and perfect size

Nice staff, clean, and would stay again.

The staff was wonderful from the minute I got there. Kristen at the front desk was so nice and even gave me a goody bag! The housekeeping was so nice as week! I dropped my breakfast as I was u locking my door in the morning and she was so understanding. I cleaned it up as much as I could and apologized, she was so nice!!

Could use some updates, but looks like they r in the process of doing that. Other than that it was clean and very enjoyable!

One of best places to stay as close to everything.

I like the convenience, the warmth and friendliness of the staff, the breakfast and coffee served all day and right next door to our favorite place. Cracker Barrel
