The perfect place

First of all, the price was extraordinarily & in my budget. Our reservation request were met with the most kindest desk attendant. This location is clean, quiet & comfortable. I will definitely be coming back here.

Disappointing

The room was ok nice size for what I paid for just couldn't sit in the couch because of the body fluid that was in there

The breakfast was ok until I found hair in my food and looked up and the lady from the front desk was putting out biscuits with her hands no gloves on and there were tongues rite next to her

The room was clean, and the staff when we checked in was excellent.

The clerk on midnights was kinda rude and not very helpful. The heat/air unit inside the room made loud noises that sounded like a cat whining, as well a loud banging noise when it starts up and shuts off. The vending machines were way too expensive and didn't offer many choices especially for the price of $1.75 for a candy bar, and nowhere to get change using a debt card . If change was needed you would have to drive 5 minutes in both directions to find a place to get change if able to depending on what time of the night it was.

Cheap place to stay

Bed was very comfortable.

No elevator. Key badge would not work on side door. All the receptionist could say was "ya sometimes they dont". No usb charging ports in the room. Was very outdated.

Like a homeless camp

I was not made aware the place was under construction. Chaos. My room smelled like human body odor and bad perfume and was not clean. I was afraid to lay on the bed. My toilet was not secured to the floor. Toe nail clippings on the carpet. I should have demanded a refund but I was pressed for time. I will not stay again.

last minute was ok but won’t stay again

easily accessible from the highway.

doors didn’t close correctly, had a suite where the bedroom had a door to separate from living room and due to layers of new paint the bedroom not bathroom door closed correctly. Had a bug in the room was pretty sure it was a roach. Killed that and didn’t see anymore.

Room recently underwent renovations and is mostly completed

The smell in the whole hotel is terrible, due to painting, tiling and general renovations. Stairs are not finished. Room needs fine tuning.

Breakfast only had biscuits and gravy that was hot. No eggs or meat. Was not told through booking that the building was under renovation. Room was not as clean as I would like. Shower fixtures were loose. Some electrical outlets did not work. Glad I was only staying one night.

Would not stay here again... I've stayed at the quality inn before and had no complaints...

Rooms need to be better service and clean... Our room was really dirty when we got there... Still had old bottles of juice and things that were left there... Then on Saturday and Sunday morning construction happening upstairs that was rude... Room had one towel and it smelled like cigarettes like if someone was chain smoking in there... The lady that was working around 6 till midnight was great helped a lot but beside that would not stay here again... Maybe if it was free but I would not pay to stay... Sorry but it's the honest truth... Had my babies with me...
