The main lights had motion control and every one came on as I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.

Loved the location. Very convenient being near everything.

Jacuzzi tub drained very slow at times to the point of not at all. Breakfast was extremely limited on choices.

Room was reasonably clean. Hotel was quiet. Good breakfast, pool area was clean.

One staff member was in a dirty uniform, same one two days in a row. Breakfast was ok. No bacon was a bit sad.

Rooms met our needs they just smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

. The room was great, beds comfortable. Awesome location.

We booked 2 rooms for our family, both room were listed as non-smoking room but smelled like a chain smoker had been in the room previously. It looked like facility had placed dryer sheets inside the air conditioner to make it smell better but just didn't fix the problem

The room was huge and must have been a conference room at one time. Comfortable bed.

The bathroom was very small. No tub and shower was very cramped.

For a family with people from 8 different states were felt at home staying here

We had a large family reunion and the staff was very helpful with making sure the whole family had what they needed from types of rooms, towels, extra “family room” and on top of any issues we had.

Easy access to interstate. Super friendly staff. Room size.

I booked a suite I thought was 2 queen bed but was only one queen bed.

Uncomfortable bed!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we asked to change rooms when we first arrived. There was a loud family with small children having a WWE experience in the next room. We are old and wanted quiet. The front desk clerk was very understanding.

The bed was so uncomfortable. I woke up hurting.

Would recommend this to a friend

It was in a great location! Staff was very friendly and help my son make a waffle. Breakfast was good as well. Bed were comfortable.

The price was a little high for what it was. But there was a lot going on in Columbus so I would say that was a factor

Mean front desk lady

Liked the location, the breakfast was awesome and the rooms were clean

The lady working the front desk the night we checked in was rude. We had a travel softball team and they were in the pool, they weren't being rough or running but it was 15, 7-9 year old girls so they were loud she came in and yelled and told them to keep it down or they'd be asked to leave🤬

My stay wasn't anything to write home about.

I liked the variety of food. I liked the hours so I didn't have to get up super early. The quality was ok.

I just wasn't a fan of the eggs and bacon. The biscuits wasn't warm. They were wrapped in plastic wrap but were kind of hard.

not what I expected or hoped for. it is unlikely that I will stay there again

location. the breakfast was good

run down and not clean. There was old water in the ice bucket from the previous occupant and the bucket was dirty. Staff did not apologize and at first said “we don’t have extras!”

Disappointing

Check-in was fast. Downtown is close by car. Two coffee shops right next door.

The bathroom definitely had black mold in the corners. The bathroom itself has probably not seen a really good scrub down in awhile. After I was done taking a bath, the tub had a gross brown residue leftover that's not very typical of a bath.

Broken Amenities

It was clean. Friendly staff. Everything was good except the refrigerator/freezer, and our in-room coffee pot didn't work and they didn't offer to exchange it or change rooms. if those two things would have been tended too, the stay would have been perfect!!

Good room

Room, bed and shower were good and I was very glad to get FOUR adult towels, instead of three and some hand towels. I was able to dry and dry my hair without having to use the same towel. And my husband was able to have towels for drying as well.

Breakfast SUCKED!!!! I had even called the motel before I booked to make sure it was more than a continental breakfast and was assured it was a hot breakfast. Well there were eggs and sausage but the waffle batter was NON-existent. The eggs were only enough for one person in the serving well. Went to get a bagel and there was NO butter or cream cheese. So I couldn't have a waffle and I had to eat the bagel dry. Has to start my day without a satisfying breakfast that I was looking forward to before my meetings.

it was good & the jacuzzi felt great after a long day of travel

pillows were hard but I’m picky and used to sleeping with my down pillows 😂

Very courteous staff excellent breakfast bar kids loved the pool!

Floor in our room hadn't been swept and there was a large stain on one of the comforters

Wet bed...

I was laying on my bed and started to feel wet... I got up moved the covers to find the previous guest had pee the bed... and I'm not sure how that was missed when they remade the bed... instantly took shower and went and got a new room

There is still a scent of when it used to be smoking room.
