The breakfast was good, the facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly. The motel was easy to find with quite a few restaurants in the area.
The light switches for the bathroom were on the outside of the bathroom. The door to the bathroom opened outwards and if you opened the door to come in the room, you had to make sure the bathroom door was shut first. These are not things that would prevent us from staying again though. Just a couple oddities.

Worst place I ever stayed. The performance of the manager was unexceptionable. I couldn't believe how I was treated or what was charged. I can't even believe this place is legally operating in the hospitality business. The under qualified manager is nothing more than a over rated outdated Teenager who has no idea what customer service means. It's definitely not hard to see why parking lot is wide open. Trust me it's not the cleaning or the food. Bad attitudes and the inability to answer basics questions about my bill. Probably not the best pick to manage. I had a concussion and I stayed, a day and 1/2, for a cheap price of 314.00. I never even used the shower and couldn't sleep. I was excused and charged. For incidentals room 214.00 100.00$$. they also charged me another 214.00 for a mystery room. Oh I was also banned an ask to leave by police officers. Which they were just doing there job. All because I wanted her to explain my bill.. oh but she can pass a UA. Ummm of course I can't I just left the hospital and I was there 10hrs prior with a head injury. So meds, self deprived, headache upset.. Customer is going to have to say Avoid at all costs..

The location was great for Ft. Riley. The breakfast was always set up and fresh.
We stayed 5 nights. Our sheets NEVER got changed. And we only asked them to change them one time. She came in- made up the bed, but did not change the sheets.

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady on reception. She handled all our questions with patience and helpful information. Her dinner suggestion was perfect for us and we had one of the best meals of our trip.
The location matched our requirements and the property too. The room fully suited our needs.
The breakfast was excellent, although we had eaten too much the night before at the recommended restaurant.
We very much thank the lady on reception.
Everything suited our needs.

This was about the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. Even the corners in our room were clean. The hallway was clean, and there was no disagreeable odor.
I really enjoyed the breakfast except for one thing--the only time I noticed that eggs were available was on the last day of our stay. Eggs would add to the value of the breakfast (having some protein); however, the breakfast was very nice, otherwise. The area was clean and well-organized. It would be good if you could leave it open for another half-hour or so. Also, the weights in the exercise room could not be used (it was impossible to move the bench or to move the pin in order to change the weight of the stack).

Breakfast at this location was a bagged breakfast given to you at checkout, location was good, room was over good,
Not a pet friendly hotel pet fee was 4 times than other hotels we stayed at on our trip, desk clerk told us back door( which was closest to our room) we found out latter was not broken(this made bringing in our luggage very inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly. I had asked if they could put us on 1st floor as we had a dog with us. They put us right by side door on 1st floor. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
