Location, price, spot on. Clean the carpets and have your staff dress a little more professionally.

Location and price

States no smoking (2nd floor) but there were definitely people smoking inside their rooms. There was a lovely gift of an empty beer can outside our door upon arrival and was still there when we left. The carpet is gross. I had to keep my socks on because I don’t think the carpets have been cleaned or vacuumed. The person who checked us in I assume was an employee, as there was no name tag, they were in a T-shirt, joggers, and slides.

Had to try four different rooms before finding one that didn’t smell of feline urine!

Stay was very average.

Staff was wonderful. Bed was hard. Broken and dangerous light in the room with exposed wires. We unplugged it. Carpet needed a good cleaning. We asked for a replacement room since carpet in first was wet and a fan was blowing and was musty. Breakfast was good. The hostess was great. She could work for me anytime. I would hire her in a second. Property could use a refreshing.

The staff was very nice, Wise selection of breakfast , very comfortable beds

The pool was freezing almost to cold to get in, no hot tub but we still jumped in anyway it was amazing

Bad

The air conditioner did not work properly and there was blood drops on the comforter. The room had an musky smell that was unbearable. Did not rest well at all.

The breakfast was great and pool was great

The room was NOT clean at all. Smelled like wet towels, and also had bed bugs unfortunately

Exceptional

I really enjoyed our stay..did have toad construction er front..but I enjoyed the staff ..the sheet and bed was soft and very comfortable ..they gave us upgrade room which was perfect for me getting around..close to where my car was parked..the shower was wonderful..we will be back ..ty.and for got loved the indoor pool..it was perfected..

Had some young loud people next door that needs to learn to hold there door instead of slamming it at one in the morning..but you will have that attimes..

Easy check in .Really enjoyed having a room in back to be able to look at greenery .

Person checking us out was also busy with other responsibilities.

Breakfast foods were fresh. A nice selection of food. Location was great. It was literally right off the highway.

Air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy. Lots of wall repairs needed. Exhaust fan in bathroom was caked on dirt.

the elevator worked!

the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and snarky towards my family whilst we were trying to check in and during the duration of our stay. The ceiling plaster is crumbling. you can hear people through the walls and everything was extremely nasty. The vending machine snacks were also very out of date
