The breakfast was good and the location was convenient. I tripped over the uneven flooring; (remodeling in process); pleased that I did not fall down.

Not operating 🛗 (elevator) my room was on the 3rd floor. Ice dispenser on 3rd floor was broken. And one of the #309 wash cloths for usage had a few holes; yuck.

no hot water for shower. Room was not clean with food on floor and bathroom was very dirty.

Lots of construction going on, couldn’t hear much of it, just an eye sore mostly.

You can tell the property needs as lot of TLC and is undergoing some renovating.

I had the smoke detector blinking all night long. Desk clerk said they all do that. Something I've never seen before. And very annoying. My smoke fee room had cigarette burns on the carpet

The hotel was under renovations, but beyond the dust of renovation the hotel was not a clean place. Front desk seemed offended when we made them aware of the situation, and that will not be staying there. After check in we walked up to our room, and our door was open we didn't have to use the key to open we simply walked in. We entered the room, had a hard time closing the door behind us. The room smelled, walls full of stains and dirty, you can see through the crack of the door to the hallway, stain in our blanket. An electric outlet was falling of the wall, the light switch was extremely dirty. As we tried to open the door to get out of the room, the door wouldn't open properly it was stuck. When we decided to go back down and make them aware of the situation we ran into an ice machine that was filthy. Booking.com tried to get a hold of them to contact them about our complaint they will not answer the phone, 24 hours later they did not respond to them by email either.

The staff were friendly

The room smelled like dog urine and the front desk area was under construction so it was very messy. Rooms were rundown. Towels were dirty.

We were scammed and double charged for the room. No effort whatsoever from hotel staff to remedy the situation. Currently have a dispute with Wyndham. This hotel is a dump, nicely put. Don’t waste your $ and if you do, watch for double charges.

Bed was comfy

The door to rm 203 sticks really bad an they charge a 50 dollar deposit which is more bookings fault foe not telling people

The eating area was dirt tables not clean cabinets was very nasty old food gritty stuff all over them food was fresh but the application cook them in was nasty fountain machine for Apple and cranberry juice did not work pitch of water down Orange juice to replace it this was very bad people sleeping outside back and sure if thdd weed building the have used old tub and bathroom appliances outside of the building from renovating some of the guests room

This hotel is being renovated and should not be open to the public. Floor stripping was in progress and left a strong chemical smell in the air. Bed linens were dirty and had to be replaced. Smoke detector was flashing brightly all night, indicating that it was not working.

Just being honest it was not a leisure stay at all. I submitted feedback 2x to you and to days inn. I had uninvited guests (BED BUGS) I Was moved after 1 night to another room slept with every light in the room on! My last day a Bed Bug was on my arm I flung it off packed up and checked out early. The lack of concern was sad. Even after I stated my situation of taking them to my work place. Ugh! I requested a refund, no response. I have pic of the first one I have ever seen in my life.

Bed bugs. False advertisement the place is under construction fire alarm going off a couple times. 😨 those folks need help with that place bad. Maybe a call from lawyer will motivate.

There was not one thing that I could possibly say positive about this hotel. I am astonished that this hotel is even still in business but after seeing the underhanded tactics that the staff will resort to in order to pilfer every unearned cent from their guests. The manner in which their guests are treated are grossly disrespectful

Everything, especially the attitude of the staff who are exceptionally rude, deceitful, and utterly off-putting. If this is the way that you treat your paying guests, may I suggest employing a more knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy, and friendly staff, otherwise find another line of work that does not involve working with the public.

The worst experience with a hotel and the management that I have ever experienced in my life. I will never stay at a Day's Inn as long as I breathe. The staff are dishonest, rude, not in the least bit accommodating, and just made our stay miserable.

Everything. There wasn't one thing that I did like about this hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
