Great!

Very friendly staff when I checked in just after 9 pm or so! He answered the question I had about the snack/vending machine location, and the breakfast hours and location.

the breakfast was good. we were there for 6 mornings. Served same thing every day.. would be nice to have different foods and not the same thing every day.

Poor communication

I liked that they did set me up with a room with another hotel nearby since they overbooked.

Well I don't think I can really give a review about the hotel since I did not stay there. As soon as I gave the front desk my name, I was informed that there was a problem and they overbooked-which gave me a moment of panic. However, I was given a voucher to stay at the La Quinta nearby-which is the hotel I would recommend. My only complaint about this is that no one informed me ahead of time. They have my e-mail and they had my phone number. Luckily, we did get a ride from a family member versus getting a Lyft like we originally planned.

Horrible. Definitely not worth the cost.

it was horrid. Extremely loud. A/C unit actually shook the room every time it would come on. saw staff sniffing the pancake mix at the breakfast bar and the front desk - I guess smelling to see if it was soured.

Close to airport, good for a night.

Parking was available. Check-in was easy and fast. The room was clean and freshly remodeled. and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The blackout curtains were too short to block out the bright streetlights. Ongoing construction had bare concrete and everything covered with dust in the lobby and elevator.

Help were nice but it was nothing like it is shown on line. Beds were comfortable

The area was fine food was ok help was good. Very crowded with large group of people lots of children.

They are rentovating and should not be able to sell these rooms it smelled like glue and they were not ready to fill these rooms. I wound up parking across from the hotel in a dark parking area not enough parking!

They were going under some reform work in the corridor and my room was quite dirty due to that. The room itself is in need of some reform.

The only Comfort was the hot water for the shower. None in the family slept much due to the uncomfortable mattresses in our room.

Was very relaxing and welcoming.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean and tidy.

Parking wasn't the best, not accommodating to trucks (not 18 wheelers). The room was clean but had a strange odor.
