I want a refund it was terrible.

The location

The room smelled, the bathtub and shower was rusty, and the let out sofa could not be used because the mattress was dirty and tearing apart. My husband and son had to sleep on the floor. People were hanging out drinking in the parking lot and making noise all through the night.

Hôtel à rénover - chambre humide - pas de couverture - petit déjeuner médiocre

Chambre proposée pour 5 personnes, il est prévu un canapé lit dont les ressorts vous rentrent dans le dos, pour le cinquième. Mais surtout il n'est prévu de couverture ou de couette pour ce lit !! (dans un pays où la clim est à fond en permanance) On finit après plusieurs demandes par obtenir une couette, malheureusement elle n'est pas complètement sèche, elle est mouillée. D'une manière générale la chambre était humide et ne sentait pas bon, car le robinet de la baignoire coule en permanence.

Dirty, worn out hotel, value for the dollar is poor. I do not recommend anyone stay at this property.

Nothing the room was dirty . Walls dirty broke out in hives after I showered towel tub something had to be on it . Pillows small bed covered had stains and hair ridiculous $125 buck for nasty room .

Horrible and Uncomfortable

I like how the manager Ms Cindy tried to help me with receiving a refund from booking.com

The check in process was a disaster. I felt penalized for making reservations through booking.com, the room had nats/flying bugs and the tub was pluming was stopped. I called the front desk to notify them but i was told maintenance don't work and they don't have anyone working that time of night. I was unable to shower and had to sleep in a very uncomfortable environment after a long day of traveling. I had to put on my work clothing on without showering the night before. Very bad experience. I have stayed in numerous hotels and this is the 2nd worse experience I've ever had

great staff, subpar facilities.

The hotel staff were phenomenal. very friendly and helpful.

The room looked very rundown. the walls were dirty…the light fixture on one of the lamps were loose. the room door was hard to get into and the door didn’t look like it would close all the way on the bottom. the handle was falling off one of the dresser drawers. the shower curtain rod was loose and the bathtub was very slippery. My wife and I both almost fell in the shower because there wasn’t any type of mat or friction surfaces on the floor of the bathtub.

For price, should have been much better.

Once we had found the side street it was easy on and off for the Interstate. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Quiet, no disturbing neighbours. Convenient base for Cajun country and for New Orleans. Most of the staff were pleasant and efficient. Many restaurants near by on Veterans' Blvd.

Scruffy industrial area around motel; worried a bit about the car. However parking lot very well lit. Breakfast was pathetic; very few items, even the cereal dispenser was broken. Bathroom deficiencies: no stopper in sink, toilet handle had to be jiggled to stop water running, leak from tap below toilet (had to keep wiping up water). Elevator needed refurbishing. Weight tower in exercise room needed repairs although there was a good set of free weights.

good night with friends at sleep inn and suites

the staff was helpful and nice. it was walking distance to a few restaurants. not as noisy as uptown.

didn’t like the breakfast options, no free shuttle to the hotel.. yes I know COVID is real but we need to find a way to move forward.

It was great actually!

THEY ARE THIEVES! MY COMPUTER CAME UP MISSING !!! AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERERSS! HOUSEKEEPING COMES IN WITHOUT THEM BEING CALLED!

The bed was comfortable

The shower head barely worked .there is a hand wand but but no place to hook it to wash your hair ...so my girl was not happy ...also the morning coffee was coffee flavored water not good ....the lady at the front desk was helpful PS the elevator smelled like weed so bad I got a contact high ugh

Horrible hotel that has safety violation.

The entire stay could have been better. That being said it would take alot of money to fix this place. Everything was stained or dirty...carpets, walls, furniture. It smells horrible throughout the building. We were hoping to have a decent breakfast but were shocked to find cereal and microwaveable biscuits. While at breakfast we noticed exposed wired hanging from the ceiling. Clear safety hazards. The single elevator looked like it has not been serviced in years and there is no way it was up to code .

I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The employees were pleasant and helpful.

The facility was in bad need of repair. The carpet in our room was torn, there was a hole in the wall from the door handle hitting it. The furniture was in need of replacing it was so shabby. The breakfast was the worst we have seen in all our stays at hotels, no fruit, no pancake or waffle machine, no juice machine, only 2 kinds of dry cereal.

Good Location for a good price, but needs Maintenance.

The location was good and close to nice restaurants.

The room was a little rundown, with a leaky Toilet that kept running all night, and the Night Stand Light only worked if you screwed the Light Bulb in. You had to unscrew the Bulb to turn it off.
