Moved hotels on the third day

Very nice staff, breakfast was alright.

Keycard stopped working 3 separate times (was never near my phone or other electronics), bugs in the restroom, walls were very thin, and hair dryer didn't work

Nice staff but the hotel needs a lot of work

Convenient location and affordable. Nice staff and they try hard.

The whole hotel needs to be completely renovated from top to bottom. Worn furniture, old stained carpets, peeling paint. I stayed for several nights and the staff were generally nice and tried their best but there is only so much they can do with such a place. For the price I wasn’t expecting much but Comfort Inn really does need to put some money into the place.

Never again!

Breakfast was very nice. A very nice funny lady was there to greet us each morning at 6am!

NO… yes I said … NO elevator! It was broken. I got the feeling that it’s going to stay broken too. We stayed there a year ago and they were having trouble with it then! I was too tired and upset to have any further conversation about when it broke and when it was getting fixed. But we will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

one of the worst ever traveling for me and staying in a hotel

i left as soon as possible

there was a COCKROACH crawling on me @ 3;00 a.m. i could not go go back to sleep at all

Horrible place to stay

First of all the maid tried to walk into my room at 10:00 a whole hour before checkout time while me and my woman was getting dressed and naked also there was somebody else's garments left in the bathroom the cold water in the sink did not work and the hair dryer did not work and they had moldy bagels for breakfast

Other than rude guests, my experience was pretty much what I expected for a cheaper hotel.

Breakfast was OK. Hotel staff facilitating the meal prep was cordial. Air conditioning was not adequate.

Guest were rude - loud voices in the hallway until about 2am. Spills on carpeting and chair.

Good value for what we needed. Clean and quiet.

Breakfast met our needs, source of protein, fruit, good variety. Location was good for what we needed to do while there.

Housekeeping never cleaned our room or left more towels while we were there.

Did not stay I did not receive a refund

The room was dirty on the staff are rude and I did not stay and I asked him to cancel and they told me I need to call booking.com I did and I just kept getting cut off so I went to a different hotel but did not stay the night and was still charged not happy

Couldnt stay, never received our reservation.

They never received the reservation and we couldn't get a room unless we paid AGAIN. Neither the hotel Nor booking.com was of any help. They did not help to fix the situation NOR they we're willing to or capable to, so the only solution that they had was to sell a room again. So, no way I'm getting robbed again and I'm even more frustated at booking.com for not being able to join anyone with their app. This is the last time I use it.
