Estuvo bien, pero hubiese podido ser mucho mejor.

Es un hotel algo antiguo, pero está bien ubicado y lo mantienen bien cuidado. El desayuno siempre estaba con alta disponibilidad de opciones. Las camareras muy atentas.

Hay otros cargos que cobraron que deberían estar incluidos desde el inicio de la reserva, para que hagan parte del presupuesto. El valor inicialmente recibido se convirtió en casi 20% más. Se supone que está prohibido fumar en las habitaciones y en el piso donde estábamos fumaban cigarrillos y marihuana en grandes cantidades.

Overall, the stay was good.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean and breakfast was maintained.

The pool was not open, for the past 2 months but was not mentioned on the website when booking. This would have been nice to know as it was one of the reasons for booking the hotel. Also, the room we stayed in had noticeable mold in the bathroom. Not only around the tub but on the ceiling and walls. A bathroom fan would do great in helping with this issue. The hotel was noticeable not in good repair. Holes in the carpet, wallpaper, mold that could have been taken care of a fresh coat a paint would do wonders.

The stay was great but that was my issues I face, nice staff

The sofa was not in a good condition Also it had a damaged arm , there were garbage underneath the bed and dresser , the bathroom glass door was loose.

I would not want to stay there again. It’s low value for the money.

The bathroom light was not working. The bulb was burnt out. The cabinetry in the room was in disrepair.

Room was pretty well kept and spacious.

Embarrassing Breakfast, Claimed to be 18+ for booking a room luckily my friend was 21+ so we could stay, suspicious people hanging out in parking lot and empty alcohol cans+abandoned cars laying about.

checked in and as soon as we got off the elevator there was a very STRONG NASTY ODOR. Room was very clean. Bathroom lacked a shower mat. Bathroom sink had a very slow drain as if it was something in the drain.

Bed and towels were nice. Room seemed pleasant. Stayed 2 nights. House keeper did an excellent job

The front desk and lobby staff except for 1 gentlemen from the night shift, lackluster breakfast,unnecessary minor cosmetics repairs in each room, vending and ice machines out of order or empty. The cleaning staff knocking or vacuuming nearby rooms long before check out 8-9am.

The room smelled stuffy and there were roaches in the room which crawling everywhere water was running because the water would not turn off all the way

Staff, maintenance and management needs to be improved for guests to experience a comfortable stay.

Didn’t want to eat the breakfast because we seen roaches in our room #220. So I was not comfortable eating breakfast there. However the bed was comfortable, but the top cover did have a few stains.

I didn’t like the staff that was working, he was a bit rude when checking in, he seemed a little agitated. There were roaches in my room#220 and before 9am, they were playing load music or some type of event was going on in the building.

The price point

It smells like cigarettes walking into the lobby and elevator also they only offer regular TV channels not even basic cable and most channels didn't work. The flush on the toilet is so loud it will wake everyone up in the middle of the night.

It was the dirtiest and worst sleep

Breakfast stunk, only waffles, apples, yogurt and dry cereal. Not much of a selection. Staff was rude and all the floors were sticky. Doors had dirty hand prints on them.
